  Manager lovely, everything else... not so great

  Arrived 6am after 9hours travelling and no sleep to be told we had no room booked! Took 6 hours for them to fix it and get us into a room by which point me my husband and10 year old son were absolutely shattered and fed up! Food was nice, drink selection ok. Money went missing from my bag around the pool area, manager said she would check cameras. We kept asking over 2 days but she said she would email us and never did! Room wasnt cleaned once and no clean towels. They just kept turning off our air con and left a note saying our room was too messy to clean and lost property not our problem noticed my bracelet was missing so we searched whole place and found it stuffed behind cabinet in empty carrier bag!!! Cleaners obviously hoping they could take thinking we had lost it! Lucky Im t total and knew EXACTLY where I left it on dressing table and so glad we found it! Waiting staff taught my son vile language. Overall not a great experience

  Not great

  Been coming to Turkey for over 20 years and I have never experienced this before in 9 days towels have only been changed once if didnt ask at reception for change last night not been and cleaned room by 5.35 and when asked one of maids said they had no key so had to let them in.I paid 100 lira for wifi they told me it would work round by pool and it doesn't if I had know that I wouldnt have paid for it as its hit and miss everywhere with wifi in this hotel and when ask at reception they just say it slow it's a con .food isnt good either

  Avoid avoid avoid

  This hotel is dated and that's after a revamp the management could not run a bath let alone a hotel staff are like robots but are very nice recep Hussain onur to name but a few the cleaners didn't clean, bed made daily but never changed in 13 days of being there the pool was cleaned twice says 3 stars more like 1 holes in the wall in the landing with wires showing would prob recomend this hotel to an enemy lol but that's it food made elsewhere and always left uncovered for the flys to feed on was on the toilet from day one to day 13 the only positive to come from this hotel was the ppl we meet oh one thing I forgot was the lovely XMAS SONGS in august getting ready early

  what a surprise

  just back from 2weeks in this hotel and after i had read reviews what a surprise I got Hotel was clean maid virtually every day fresh towels and bedding when asked for Staff were so friendly and helpful Every meal there was always something to eat meals were piping hot (I sometimes had to take specs off as they steamed up)Pool area was clean plenty beds Well what I could complain about was inconsiderate hotel guests who came in late at night talking loudly slamming doors etc The hotel is so central to everything altogether a great place to stay .

  Amazing Time October 2019

  We have just got back from this hotel today 16th October after a week of being here. We were both a bit apprehensive at first looking at previous reviews. But decided it's what you make of your holiday. Reception is over the road at the sister hotel (Siesta) literally about 10 metres from the Juniper hotel entrance so not a problem. We arrived early hours Wednesday 9th. We had a twin/double room first floor over looking the pool, The first thing we were pleased about was that the room was clean and tidy so that was a great start, not the biggest room but enough space for what we needed, maids made our bed up Everyday with fresh towels and soaps, shampoos etc. We Ate the food here Everyday, enjoyed every single meal, the only problem would be that they're maybe not enough for children. Breakfast was same Everyday, Choice of different eggs for breakfast with hot dog sausages, beans, cereals, fruit, salami and cheeses, the nicest thing was the turkish pancakes outside with some hazelnut chocolate sauce. For lunch and dinner there is different foods including turkish stews including chicken/beef or meatballs and fish with vegetables and salad bar, with rice and chips/wedges. Soups with fresh bread also available. They also had a snack bar available between 3pm-4pm again serving hot dogs with chips or fresh burgers. The only thing I would change about this hotel was we were limited in terms of drinks, pretty much had vodka, wine and draught larger. The pool and pool area was kept nice and clean Everyday. The staff were very pleasant and all staff gave us a very nice send off. This was a great location, close to all bars and restaurants for anyone fancying a night out, We didnt try the wifi but did get told it wasnt very good. Although there is a bar called mahalle bar across the way, have a drink and use there wifi for free, we found we could use this all around the pool area (although they do turn the wifi off at night). Overall a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely be coming back to Turkey especially Icmeler and I would definitely come back to this hotel.
