Nice staff and good locationI had a BB Fortuna/Roulette economy voucher and ended up getting a room there. They gave me a loft with sea view that I was very happy with. The reception was quiet and helpful. Always responsive to all my needs (access to wifi, air conditioner, making local calls). There is a restaurant with a 10% discount for the hotel guests. The location is another great asset. Close to the Black sea and a good supermarket, tourist information offices and car rentals. The famous Sunny beach resort is in 5 minute walk.

Julia HotelComfortable and small hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Especially the girl Tedi at the restaurant. She is very kind, nice and smiling. The hotel is rather quiet in the evening and in the night. There are gas station and carwash near, but the sounds are not disturbing. We had a corner room at the third floor with a sea and pool view from a large balcony. The room is clean and good looking. The hotel has a small playground for children. Also there are two pools with sunbeds around it. The shortest way to the sea takes about 10 minutes. Big supermarket Mercury is situated not so far too. You can buy almost everything there. The breakfast is typical for this kind of hotels. Different bakery products, eggs, pasta, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, one kind of fruit, tea, coffee and so on. Simple and rather tasty. In summary our staying at Julia was great and maybe some day we will come again.

The owners are not niceThe hotel is located at a horrible spot - busy road, lots of dust. Meanwhile the swimming pool is right on the street, two bushes, dividing you from the traffic. If you are sitting at the outside restaurant, all you get is a lot of dust and car emissions and unfriendly turkish waitresses service. I am not even mentioning the turkish housekeepers-dirty rooms, not changing linen, always grumpy. I made sure I met everyone as I am just a talkative person. Julia, the owner is terrible. Just an unpleasant female. She stares at your plate at breakfast, making unhappy faces. It feels like everything has been counted and if you get a piece more you get her face in your plate. Not the environment you want. The whole family works there and they remind me angry little pitbulls. All very grumpy and inhospitable. St. Vlas is amazing, but not in this hotel! Horrible hotel, horrible owners, horrible staff, dirty rooms, dirty outside floors, dusty pool, not your thing. Having a walk around we saw so many other much more pleasant hotels, much better spots, friendly bulgarians, more pleasant pools. Book anywhere in St. Vlas you will not be sorry for sure, amazing town, soft sand, clean water, nice pools (in the nice hotels) Beautiful Bulgaria, hotel julia is crap. Do not recommend.

Julia Hotel
Very clean and comfirtable rooms, friendly staff - made us fell like home. The pool was well maintained. There was no place in the small parking, but they arranged us to park near the gas station. The only minus is that the hotel is not near the beach.

TerribleHotel is on very busy road, there is a lot of noise, there's no crosswalks. Breakfast are good, but every day are same meals. But restaurant on its own didn't serve much tasty meals. The young man on the reception is very unkind. At every question he said "i don't know" - about public transport, about the easiest way to the beach.. Even if we said him that wifi is not working in our room, his reply was "I don't know what happend, maybe try it again". Bathroom is another strange thing in this hotel.. Swimming pool is nice and clean, so it is one of the few positive ways of the hotel equipments. Our experience is bad so I don't recommend this hotel.
