  NOT 4 STARS!!!

  · I cant name everything because I dont have enough time to name all. But first the check in took 30 mins. They then put us into a room with no windows and no natural light. AC was so so Loud couldnt leave it on. The room was the only room in the same space. Down a corridor next to the staff area. Could hear phones ringing staff talking loudly footsteps just a about everything it was terrible. The sheets were stained and old the room smelt bad the light fixtures broken sink in bathroom broken shower terrible just to name a few things. We asked to move rooms I was expecting it to be a lot better but at least it had windows... there was a big drainage problem in the shower. The furniture was disgusting and old. BE AWARW THIS HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES AND IS FAR FROM 4STARS... 2and a half star at best.

  These guys are awesome

  I booked this hotel as it had been recommended by a friend, despite the negative reviews. I stayed for a night, check in was smooth, the room had a large bed,great clean sheets. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean. there was a kettle and some insipid coffee sachets but no coffee machine. Breakfast next morning was really extensive eggs, breads, cereals , juices, fruits and a huge hot selection but no bacon which is a must have for me . went for a stroll, ice quiet neighborhood. the location is excellent, India Gate and the museums and forts are within walking distance but would not recommend it as Delhi motorists have no traffic sense whatsoever ! So Im not a review person, I travel a lot but this is my first review. Reason being that I left for Mumbai and left my wallet behind which had my credit cards and cash. Called up the hotel from Mumbai and not only did they promptly send my wallet with someone who was coming to Mumbai the following day but had it hand delivered to me at my hotel at no cost whatsoever ! These are really great guys. Also the hotel feeds stray dogs for free. So most definitely a very ethical , safe place to stay. who cares if its a bit dated , its clean , comfortable, safe and responsible. Guys, please promote it !!!

  Clean, tidy and neat !

  Great place to stay, its in the heart of the city. Staff is courteous and owners are really responsive to your reviews! Clean rooms and washrooms! Everything is nearby from here!! The price is also low !

  Quite comfortable stay

  Wanted a neat clean comfortable hotel near new Delhi railway station for just to change in day and spend night to catch early morning train. Selected jukaso as it's four star property. Requested an earlier check in and liked the lady at reception telling you are late we were expecting you earlier. It is cool calm place at residential area of sundar. Nagar. Room is good well decorated nice bathroom. Our room was at ground floor so very easy to move around. The whole day we were out and checked our early morning so could not taste their food. Overall satisfying experience you will like the place if you wish to live away from hustle and bustle of city.
