  Brilliant place.

  Our family (2 parents, 2 teens) stayed here over Christmas 2018. We had a great stay and are very happy with the hotel. The rooms and the whole hotel are super clean and functional and very quiet. The beds are not super comfortable but I slept well in them. I didn't like the pillows and it was only one of them each so my neck was hurting a bit in the mornings. But it might also have been from all the skiing we were doing. The maids were cleaning the rooms daily which was very nice indeed. Food was not fantastic but there was something for everyone. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was included in our halfboard stay. As a vegan I was worried that I would go hungry but they had something new every day. A great salad bar if nothing else. No problem at all if you are vegetarian there were plenty. On top of this they were catering for gluten free and lactose free. I was impressed by this. Nice bar with lovely staff. Lots of games to play and a ping pong table and a cinema room for the little ones. Best thing they had though was their wellness studio with 3 different saunas. Normal Sauna but also steam room and Far infrared Sauna. We were there every evening and it was awesome. All included in the stay. We were really happy there and had a great time. And it was good price for it all. We stayed for 5 nights with breakfast and dinner included. We paid 1200 euros for it all. think that was pretty awesome. Staff was super friendly.

  Normal ski hotel

  I stayed here for 3 nights. To be honest i find it suitable for pupils/highschoolers trips due to the beds one above another. And also a 4-persons room is too small and you do not have enough space. What i did like though was the food at breakfast and dinner. You had a lot of options and also desserts. Also it had a place to store your ski equipment which was really useful.

  Very good service

  Very good and friendly service from the woman in the reception, when we arrived nd also during our stay for to night. A good buffet at a very fair price the second night. Would like to go back another time. Free Kaprun card for local transportation and more.

  My trip was in September 3 to 6 I book this hotel by phone and the lady who answered me give me good offer when I arrived the lady who in disk same who answered me by the phone and was so fast check in even she didnt take any money said I can pay when I will leave the hotel she was so nice and all other staff in hotel are good and helpful Room was good and view amazing Breakfast good will be great if they put in room tea & coffee cattle and Refrigerator I loved this hotel and I will come back

  Spacious room, great breakfast, Kaprun Summer Card included

  We had a good time with our family (2+4) and enjoyed the stay for four nights, the hotel has a great location to the lifts and other interesting sites, supermarket is also nearby. The breakfast was really good. Some of the late evenings/nights were rather noisy from other rooms as there were quite many youth staying, the reception did not calculate correctly our bill despite our telling them, they had to be reminded to change it, maybe it was because there was a young girl at the reception who either did not speak good English or was not very experienced (or both), she seemed to have been a daughter of a man who was also presently working at the reception but was busy with other things or maybe it was just an exception but she didn't even responded to our good-bye when we were leaving and said it quite clearly to her. One downside is that the hotel does not have a room for bikes and you have to leave them outside which is not great when it rains to have the bikes there all the time... and if you have a more expensive bike it's not ideal.... Despite these we had great time in Kaprun and all other things were good so we would recommend the hotel to others, the other staff were very helpful.
