Our trips on The Formula OneWe visited the hotel in the Austrian GP Formula 1. Accommodation is in beautiful countryside, unfortunately hotel had been closed bar in the evening, so it was hard to buy something or to eat. Differently I can recommend.

passing through,It is clear that this location is intended mainly for winter sports, i wont review on that. the location does not have much more to offer than the environment and opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature. The rooms were clean but soberly furnished, bed fine

Like going on an outing!I chose this hotel because it was the closest available hotel to the Red Bull Ring (Race Track) 6 months before the race! I am so glad that I discovered this 'hotel'. It's a bit off the beaten path but I think that is part of its charm. Built much like a summer camp retreat, it is designed for families to get out into the countryside. Our room had 4 twin beds; two on the main floor with a shower/sink in one bathroom and the toilet/sink in another room. Brilliant for 3 or four people sharing a room! The loft had two twin beds. Lots of light from large windows and perfectly dark outside from the lack of nearby town or cities. Staff is great! The breakfast offers everything you might want with an assortment of fresh breads, cold cuts, eggs, sausages, bacon, and on and on. Nice weather allows you to eat out on the terrace but there is plenty of rustic space indoors. Wifi worked best in the lobby area (time for an upgrade Europe!) but couldn't reach to the rooms. The hotel obviously caters to children with its playground both indoors and out and its open grassy play areas. I found the place quite refreshing, especially when I returned each evening to have a beer (or wine). For me the bed and pillows were comfortable and the entire place was clean. Yeah, I can recommend this place and would investigate other JUFA Hotels when traveling the area where they exist. I was completely satisfied.

Family holidayBeautiful nature around the hotel, a quiet place for trips with a small child. A great children's playroom! Unfortunately, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom upon arrival. The hotel staff was not always friendly and we did not feel comfortable at meal time. In general, we recommend the hotel.

Youth Hostel in beautiful location but serious cleanliness issueWe stayed at this hotel which is part of a youth hostel chain for a family celebration that coincided with a nearby formula one race. As a result this was one of the only available accommodations & prices were incredulously high. Considering it's a youth hostel everything was fine but not good value due to the timing of our stay & the cleanliness seriously lacked. There was dust all over the room & the bathroom was so neglected we showered with flip flops on as it seemed unhygienic otherwise.
