  Friendly service, clean and well equipment apartment, great place!!

  We stayed at Jubilee Views for the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships in April this year. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, they literally went out of their way to provide anything we asked for our team events etc. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and the bbq area and the convenience of having the shops and the beach so close. Will definitely stay again and recommend. Thanks so much.

  Great Stay

  Very friendly and helpful management place was very clean, pool was nice and warm. BBQ was clean and area was tidy. Towels were provided. The views from the balcony were as advertised. Not much more I can say only that we will be staying there next year and probably the year after.

  Welcoming and comfortable stay

  Close to cafes restaurants shops supermarket beach and transport. Comfy, clean and spacious accommodation. Extremely friendly and helpful owners who went out of their way to ensure all Our needs were met. Be prepared to get some exercise walking up stairs to the room. There are no lifts. No issue for us but something to note.

  Great apartment in the heart of Broadbeach

  Greeted by Melissa and Vlad upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment was huge for a single traveller. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen with utensils, appliances, fridge, dishwasher etc. Main bathroom good with bath/shower/washing machine and dryer. The unit has 2 balconies, the main one large with table and chairs and room to dry clothes. The living room/dining is comfy. TV has foxtel, not the full package with movies but the main ones and sport. Also a blu ray player. The air con was a bit old but seemed to work fine. The 2 hour timer was switched off on my visit. Also a fan heater was also provided in bedroom not that it gets that cold on the Gold Coast. Location is ideal with tram stop just outside and short walk to Star Casino via an elevated, covered walkway. Also close is all the restaurants and bars which were a lot more than I was expecting, even during Covid. The beach is also close. The only negatives I can think is the unit above me was quite noisy with constant heavy footsteps, furniture dragging etc. Not really the places fault but something to keep in mind so get a top floor if you can. But overall a great stay and great value for money over a similarly priced hotel room in the area. Will be back.
