  Great location but lumpy pillows

  Near Tebrau jusco which is good for shopping and also near tesco and ikea - just a few minutes by car or if you walk, would be around 1 km away. Place is clean and service is good. However, the pillows we had were lumpy and as a result of that I had a bad night's sleep. Perhaps I should have asked for a change of pillows but I didnt. Bed was also a bit soft and sags. The mattress is not on a bed but on a raised flooring and might be pose a bit of a difficulty getting out of bed for those having knee problems. For food, just go to the end of the rood and you can find some restaurants

  Affordable and pleasant

  Located 5-10 mins walk to AEON mall. You can ask the receptionist the exit from the hotel to the mall. To be honest building looks abit shady lol but inside was quite well maintained. Also about 5-7 mins drive/grab to Port Lepak Food Truck! Receptionist was very friendly. Have to pay refundable deposit RM50 and foreigner tax RM10 when checking in. Recep will hand the tv remote and aircon controller then. Hotel has 2 stories and no lift by the way. We did not have luggages so not a problem. Theres a small shop and a corner selling tidbits, cup noodles etc. Stayed one night in superior family room (3 adults). Love how the beds are on platform. Basic and clean room. Towels, body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and shower caps provided and also water heater. Theres also hair dryer, kettle and complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea. TV and wifi available. No fridge and closet, just a small section with a few hangers. Overall, pleasant and comfortable stay.

  Not bad

  Check-in time is after 2pm, and check-out before 1pm. It is an apartment-type hotel, with the hotel front at the back of AEON mall. Most rooms face the hotel or the carpark entrance of the mall - as such, you don't really get a great view. The window curtains in the room cannot be pulled back - if you are someone used to natural lighting and loves the morning light, you might want to reconsider. We had a hard time waking up as the room continued to be shrouded in darkness despite it being nearly 9am. Our circadian rhythm was out of whack. Lack of natural lighting is not a deal-breaker, overall, it was still a good value for what we paid. We had two comfy beds, room was generally clean. The kettle however was not working, but no major complaints aside.

  Convenient Little Hotel

  Checked into this hotel for 2 nights during Christmas. Got a king bed room. We asked for a king bed but was given a tatami bed. We didn't complain and accepted as it didn't seem to be much difference. The hotel was well decorated. Simple and comfortable. The room was big, clean and come with an ensuite bathroom. There was a smell from the bathroom but it went off after we took shower. Location is superb. Within walking distance to Aeon and IKEA. There was a supermarket right opposite the hotel. Ample parking and it's free! We parked right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. We are satisfied with the stay at this hotel.

  Reasonable price boutique hotel at strategic location

  I am a regular for this hotel , in fact I stayed here quite regularly due to the nature of my job . It's a nice hotel that don't cost you a boom and yet provide you all the basic needs . The room is very clean and the water heater pressure is good ! The hotel is only walking distance to Aeon Tebrau , Ikea and Tesco. They also provided you a Coway water dispenser so you need not to worry about your drinking water.
