Outstanding Hotel, Great Service, Excellent LocationI spent five nights at the hotel at the end of January 2020 and beginning of February 2020. I was assigned room 1101, which is a non-smoking double room. The Blossom double room is extremely well thought out -- just large enough to be get in everything you could want, including access to both sides of the bed. I found myself curled up on the bench area working on my computer a couple of times. The bathroom was quite generous in size, well lit and pleasant. I cannot really think of anything negative to say about the hotel -- other than maybe it could have been built with slightly better sound insulation from the outside world (I heard occasional loud noises from the outside world. It's location, about 10 minutes from a monorail stop and right next to the shopping district was perfect for me, If I return to Okinawa, I will absolutely stay at the Blossom again.

excellent hotel in a very convenient locationVery nice hotel! Modern and comfortable room with a great view. The hotel is nearby Miebashi Station of Naha's monorail and only some 100 m from Kokusai Doori. So you get there easily from the airport and shopping/dining is within a walking distance. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Solid choiceThe room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, bright, quiet and relatively spacious for Japan. The hotel is in an excellent location. Note that there aren't many facilities in the hotel. Good for a short stay in Naha.

Beautiful hotel in a great locationLess than 10 min from Makishi station () and one street away from Kokusai-dori, this beautiful JR Kyushu hotel is very centrally located. It is my second stay in a JR Kyushu hotel and it shows once again how much the brand has been keeping up with its quality. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, very courteous staff, everything that makes us feel comfortable staying here. The restaurant on the premises looks very promising but unfortunately, the temptation to try other foods outside was too great, maybe next time.

TERRIBLE valet parking staff and non-professional Front Office teamNever back again there, valet parking staff is so really rude even I explained that I was carrying my kid he was asleep and couldnt get out of our car faster, he gave us the angry eye contact and told me check out directly and I was complained about THAT staff with the his name, he seems without any apologies to me, and I told what the xxxx the staff talk to us, the hotel manager keep saying sorry about the outside weather too hot ... da da da ... come on? !Its not that hot ok?!... even though he is hot, its none of my business, he can not put his emotions to guest,Ok!ay? Hotel manager told us refund the complimentary, I was not like that means I need this. Afterwards, when I went through the hotel lobby and the staffs let me have hard feelings that their eye contacts were too strange. I was the first time was there, it was also the last time.
