  Interesting outside..but you could have some surprise inside.

  So, what could I say? I stayed here just for one day, and it was not my choice.I stopped here by accident. The impressions remained mixed.. From one side-I saw that conditions of room is almost perfect. The interior is very solid and cozy. Amazing swimming pool, fitness. Liked it very much. But !!! I didn't have a lot of varities of breakfast, and, if be honest, omlette was only delicious what I tried. I've been stopped at other hotel of Baku, with 3 stars, and there I could ask about iron for ironing..so , when I came at the night I asked on reception about it and they promissed. In the morning I've known that they have itoning only for money..ok. But. Where should I check the price ? When the hosstes came for clothes for ironing she didn't speak Russian or English so she had to call the reception and they discussed how much it would cost. Yes, according to the results of the discussion, they even lowered the price for 1 manat. But it was not pleasant surprise. Also, when I checking in, my passport was not immediately returned. They said that the checking procedure will be long, promised to return it in the morning. In the morning, when I applied for a passport, they told me that they would give it out on check out, linking it to checking and calculating the use of the mini-bar. I believe that such rules should be warned in advance, as I, when traveling in the city, always carry a passport with me, because this is another country, both for religion and for mentality...So it was also not pleasant accident for me and their chief and administrator. I'm not a conflict person, but some moments of living a little out of myself. Therefore, I repeat, the impressions remained mixed: beautiful inside, clean rooms (though, cleaning didn't come during the day), a chic gym, a warm pool and some mistrust of clients ... And about paid services, you need to warn in advance. It will be more comfortable for everybody.

  Almost great hotel

  Joyy Hotel is quite far from the city center, so forget about a romantic stroll. But it's not that far by taxi, only a couple of minutes. Remember to ask the staff behind the counter to order. Otherwise you'll pay the double price for foreigners. The rooms are XXL, so are the beds. Nice furniture, clean and fresh bedding. Good bathroom. The only disadvantage is the restaurant. The choice at breakfast is very limited, NO real coffee, only instant which I hate. A package dinner was also dissatisfactory. A good spa, gym and pool. They carry on keeping passports until checkout but it's not a big deal.

  Nice hotel with amazing spa

  Great place with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Best thing in a hotel is SPA which is included in a room price. Among disadvantages is location far from center and 10 min walk to metro. But taxi is 5 manat to center is affordable
