  Fabulous Service, Awesome Scenery

  Spectacular views and service!! Staff went above and beyond to keep me safe, allowing me to have a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Rooms were banquet center were immaculate. Will be recommending every chance I get. Thank you very much!!!

  something different

  Stayed one night prior to a wedding in Hamilton. This is the budget wing of the Inn on the Twenty and on that basis served us very well. Friendly and helpful staff at the Inn on the Twenty checked us in, gave us directions. Two story building, no elevator, at the edge of town short and pleasant walk back into town. Room was spotlessly clean but very basic 70s decor, small bed, very dark with dim lighting and dark furniture, acute shortage of electrical outlets for all the gadgets we carry nowadays. The AC cycling on and off was annoying. The room did have fridge, coffeemaker, wifi. The included breakfast at the Inn was excellent order from a menu rather than the dreaded breakfast buffet. Checkout was easy just call the Inn and leave your keys in the room. Very pleasant patio at the Inn we watched three weddings go by; dinner at the tavern was also very good, another patio with straightforward but well prepared food. Overall a very good stay and a pleasant change from the chain hotels in Niagara Falls or the overpriced/boutique hotels in Niagara on the Lake.

  Friendly, Clean & Large rooms

  We bought a Travel Zoo voucher and decided on the spur of the moment to use it. The service from beginning to end was flawless, the room was clean and large. The only strange thing was that there was no drawers to put our clothing in. If you want to use them, there are robes, the beds are comfortabe. Please note that your credit card is pre-charged $150, even though you have already paid for the room, if you use Travel Zoo voucher. External views are not the best as you face a parking lot.

  Great Stay

  Great location and atmosphere. The room was spotless. We were impressed with how the concierge checked several times via text messages to ensure we were comfortable. They really cared about us having a good experience at their establishment. We really appreciated this. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The free wi-fi was also appreciated.

  Would not recommend!

  My only recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere. How this hotel is part of the Vintage Hotels is beyond me: for $200 a night, you're better off finding a local B & B. Aside from the cleanliness of the room, this hotel is basic at best: one functioning light in the entire room. No room service. Have a problem? Don't bother calling guest services as none of their services apply to Jordan House. So disappointing.
