  Great resort highly recommend

  What a pleasant surprise this was. Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights over Australia Day weekend. Room was clean, great view of the golf course, continental breakfast was lovely & resort itself was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly (in particular Isaac & Ben) Will be booking to go again very soon.

  Lovely Saturday night stay with little Grandchildren

  My husband and I had a lovely stay with our 2 little girls. Easy check in, nice 2nd story room with balcony, 2 very large beds, large TV and spacious bathroom, very clean, nicely furnished with good bedding. Included in our tariff was a continental breakfast and parking for 2. Cudos to Joondalup for excellent customer service. From the time we arrived to the time we left, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon around the pool playing with the children. Lots of families. A cocktail each and some snacks. We visited the native bird aviary and the large pond with koi. The kids loved it. Dinner was pizzas and fish and chips for the girls on the terrace at the golf club. Good food, the children's serves were very large and reasonably priced. Enjoyable. We headed back to the pool area where the girls did their handstands and summersaults on the grassed area around the pool as the sun set. Lovely evening. Time for bed! The resort included a breakfast for all of us, buffet style. Lovely fresh fruit and a good selection of breakfast food which that was quite delicious. Good service. Excellent coffee! After the children were picked up, we stayed on for lunch at Cafe 28. Lovely food, gorgeous desert and drinks. Super service from lovely staff members! A very enjoyable stay. We will be back Thankyou so much!

  Delightful and Restful

  Joondalup Resort is a hidden gem. The resort grounds are expansive, leafy and tranquil. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Internet was super fast and Netflix was available on the telly. Service in this hotel was first class. Reception was welcoming and restaurant staff was attentive. Room service was also efficient. The Alcove Restaurant has 2 menus - a formal dining menu for in restaurant dining and a casual menu for outdoor sitting and the lounge area. We had the casual menu and the food was excellent. The friendly bar staff made excellent cocktails. All in, it was a delightful and restful stay! Will be back!

  A REVISIT

  Being 20 years since last staying at this establishment we were interested to se if there had been many changes. The gardens are still lush. Our room was large & clean. The continental breakfast was excellent - this type of meal can often be tea, coffee, toast & jams. Ours had in addition, poached eggs, cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, etc. The pool was clean & inviting. Meals by the pool were very limited but adequate & well prepared. Staff were helpful & courteous. One negative was the fact that throughout our 2 day stay Lift no. 2 was never cleaned & it's floor absolutely filthy.

  Staycation

  We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time. The continental breakfast was very tasty and our dinners at The Alcove were great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and surrounded by immaculate gardens. We highly recommend coming here.
