  Last minute accomodation

  Small room. No lunch or dinner available. The room looked as though it hadnt been given a thorough clean. Remnants of previous stayers, as we found used razor and accessories in the shower. Air conditioning unit did not work properly considering the heat coming through the windows. Room in need of upgrade. Really showing its age!! I dont think I would stay there again.

  Joondalup city hotel

  Stayed in a queen bed room. Room comfortable and coffee making facilities. Bathroom tidy and maintained. TV. Room safe. There was however a spare blanket on the shelf which I pulled down to use. As I pulled the blanket there was a tube which fell to the floor. It was personal lube. I have no idea if it was in the blanket or under the blanket, but it was yuk. Im not sure why this was not cleaned up from the previous occupants, by the cleaner. But if did leave a sour note to the visit. I did inform the front desk and was just told sorry about that.

  Friendly service

  City hotel Joondalup..was a clean and comfortable room. There was a fridge, with tea and coffee facilities.. Its reasonably priced .. We decided to have the continental breakfast as it was ok..... Great location and just up the road a Thai restaurant.. Parking around the back. Friendly service on check in...Thank you.

  Good Airconditioner and Clean bed. Mattress is like a rock so it is good if your Ghandi. Reception - Closed, Restaurant - Closed, Vending Machine - Empty and out of Service. Nearest place to buy anything is a kilometre away which if you arrive at night is not good if you have no car. no restaurants anywhere close either this hotel is in a residential area. Room not serviced each day. Signs up regarding covid19 and interstate travel as to the reason why everything is closed. there has been no Covid transmission in WA for several months.   Dont Bother!!

  Cant complain about the service cos there is NONE!! No cleaning, open coffee shop, reception..Wish Id read the previous reviews, spot on about everything closed and COVID excuses,not even a working vending machine..
