  good balance in price and quality

  Me and my family had vacation in the hotel in Sept 2011. There are some key pluses and minuses of the hotel. +: People, especially owners and night-man Daniel :) Cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable shower room Food is very qualitative, cooked with care -: Not all rooms have balcony Too large portions of tasty dishes :) ____ As a resume, this is rather good 3-stars hotel comparing with other hotels of the same price-level!   Good value

  Hotel is clean, about 100 meters from the beach... Staff friendly and helpful (e.g. no problem finding out train schedules on the internet for us), speaks good English. Rooms small and cozy, bathroom clean, no mildew I would notice... Wi-fi available. Half-board available - food good, B-fast average (even plentiful for Italian standards), dinner OK, only do not expect to chose from the menu, it is set... Expect 99% of guests being Russian during the season, even to its end.

  Nice hotel, tasty food

  If you come to Rimini mainly to party and relax on the beach, the hotel is a good choice. 5 mins from beach and Carnaby Club. Very close to the main street, where is a bus stop. The food was really delicious!

  Run Forest, run

  Free WiFi is only on the reception. Breakfast is very poor (bread, cheese, sausage). If the resto is run out of these things after first serving and you were not able to get it, that's your problem. The only positive thing of this hotel is proximity to a free beach and cool restos as Zodiac and Roxy. Will never come back here.

  Disaster!

  Extremely diferent than pictures on site!! First impresion - not very clean, bathroom maybe, but dust and send everywhere in the room. Room small, no air, on suny side, air condition doesnt work properly. On our complains we got answer that is automatically and that is how it is. Breakfast is very poor, jam and butter, little cheese, ham. Bred only integral. Coffee machine is ok. And above all, noise and more noise. Stuff are cleaning rooms very early - betwen 6am and 8am, banging with doors, speaking like is the middle of the day...terrace havent been clean at all - one day was rain and storm so we cleaned by ourselfs. No any table on terrace and the chair was broken. They gave us another - from 90 I suppose...stuff was ok and the beach is near..never come back again.
