  Very clean all over

  The staff was helpfull and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy all over. Breakfast a little cafeteria like but still allright. Only complaint I had was the missing aircondition (hot rooms in the summer) and non working wifi in our rooms. Despite contacting the reception on the matter of wifi, it was never fixed. Pricing of the stay was very fair. Nice place!

  Simple Modest Hotel

  The Johanniter is a simple budget friendly hotel/guest house. The location is good as it's about 30 minutes walk to/from major places, such as restaurant, grocery and some attractions. I believe the hotel is part the Johanniter group's way of making extra funds for the organisation making use of the space they have, hence not looking like a regular hotel. The facility doubles as a training centre, thus heavy traffic of people during the week, and Gould be extremely quite over the weekends. The rooms are fair size, with a small terrace and bathroom quite spacious. My booking was inclusive of a standard breakfast. No room service. Lunch and dinner are determined by other factors hence not regular. There is a fair size bar underground too. Tried 2 of their local beers which were quite nice. The staff are nice and willing to assist. Overall it was not a bad experience.

  Good Hotel / Gastehaus a little way out from the centre

  This is our second visit and we really enjoyed the stay, the room are excellent and there is ample underground parking. The layout is different from a normal hotel as this is a training facility for the German St Johns Ambulance. When space is available anyone can book a room.

  Excellent overnight venue for visiting Muenster

  When the Johanniter Academy isn't running courses for its staff, they offer their accommodation to guests at a reasonable price and I found it excellent value, very pleasant and with a huge breakfast buffet. Located off-centre, it was within walking distance of the city centre or by bus, the stop is 3 minutes from the guest house. Easy underground parking included in the price, made this a great stopover on a journey to the Netherlands.

  One night only!

  I chose this hotel, because it was the nearest to my private destination. The rooms are ok, but my bathroom was a bit smelly. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed a bit too soft, the mattress too thin. Breakfast on Sunday morning was great. A well lighted, friendly room, nice , friendly staff, huge buffet. Loved the umdergroumd parking which was included. So : worth the price.
