  Excellent budget hotel

  This is a good basic hotel for the price. Staff are friendly and polite and very helpful. The lady who books the tours is lovely and very knowledgeable and gets you on the best tours. The breakfast can be hit and miss. When the scrambled eggs are on its great as them and the noodles are yummy but the fried eggs are left on hot plate and turn to plastic with only the middle of the yolk edible ! There are corn flakes, bread to toast and jam marmalade and fruit always available. Tea, coffee and orange cordial. It is up a steep hill that can be slippy when wet and poor lighting at night. Taxi needed from beach back to hotel and confirm 200 baht fare as they will try to charge 300 ! The hotel has bus, well open back truck that will take you to beach in morning and 1pm and will pick you up at 4pm but I used to get bus there and taxi back later. All in all a good basic hotel and quiet as a bit out of resort but need taxi back. No food served after breakfast and small bar/fridge with drinks not that old so hotel best used just as a base for many interesting trips etc to do in the area. I enjoyed my stay and lovely helpful staff.

  Decent value stay

  The resort was more of a hotel than a resort. Guess thats what resorts are in Phuket. Breakfast did not have too many options and neither did the staff help in keeping the breakfast available for late comers. Guess this is good for stay (sleep, get ready and hop off) purposes only and not really to stay in. Overall a decent hotel but can be a lot better.

  More like a B&B

  On arrival met by a very unpleasant receptionist. Check in was quick and easy. Stayed here for 18 days yet management never once asked if everything was ok which for a small place and a place where most people were only staying a few days would have thought they would make an effort. Room a reasonable size, air conditioning smelt when first put on. Had a problem with the sink and the shower on arrival and safe didnt work. All rectified within 24 hours. Room cleaned daily, towels changed about every 3 days, bath mat weekly. Had to ask for a kettle for the room. Bar non existent if requiring a drink you had to get from fridge and pay at reception. Snacks, tea, coffee not available. WiFi it and miss. Breakfast changed on a daily basis but generally it was cold beans, cold egg, lukewarm tea. Not worth the cost better to go out and pay for one. Every few days there were problems with the pool. Pool area open from 8am till 9pm and some guests there very noisy and no respect for other guests although management didnt seem to care. No laundry service. Better to have a room higher up as the pool rooms are overlooked and people tend to use them that are not staying in them rooms. The two young reception boys Kan and Ohm were a joy and made up for all the poor things. Would I recommend this hotel (no sorry B&B)? No I wouldnt.

  Beyond the price

  The room was very clean and very nice. High speed WiFi. Staff are more than helpful. The room are big enough equipped. The bed is king size and comfortable. Housekeeping clean room everyday. They dont change the towel everyday, but I understand because room are cheap and save world. If you would like to change towel everyday, you can tell the staff at front desk, they can tell room maid for you. After I told them, I got new towel everyday. They are so fast response all request. It made me impress. There is supermarket and bank nearby. I got service beyond my expectation because I booked with good price.

  Good Hotel with Good price

  We are very happy to stay in Jiraporn Hill Resort. The room is clean and the pool is nice. The front desk staff always smiling and ready to help. The price is good and affordable. Variety choice for breakfast. They are quick response when I have a problem. Wi Fi is good and fast. There are supermarket and bank around hotel
