    Worst Jinjiang Inn ever!

    Jinjiang used to be a trusted brand for me. This hotel totally ruined it! Front desk staff were unprofessional through the whole stay. They couldn't even answer simple questions. They were talking to each other while check in. The room was not sound proof at all. The window was facing the street and there were continuously big trucks passing by. Cannot sleep all night! The mattress was just too old. My back hurts after 3hours in the bed. In the morning there were construction workers working and talking loudly in the hallway. And the staff did absolutely nothing after I called to complain! I went to the hotel at 3:00AM with a reservation for 3 nights. But I checked out just 8:00AM because I just can't stay there one more minute! The place is a dump. Don't stay there ever!!!!

    Delivered as Advertised

    Great one night stay as my daughter and I were transiting Lanzhou. Good location near night market and train station. Clean rooms, hot water, friendly and helpful staff. And the price was right. Breakfast also was worth the 18 yuan and got us up and going for a day of site seeing before heading back to Beijing. Didnt hurt that they stored our bags for us after checkout while we were out and about.
