  Great location

  This hotel is at the corner of a great pedestrian mall. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. They provide bottled drinking water every day. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel front desk staff were very helpful.

  Great locationon pedestrian mall

  This hotel was hard to spot from the street, but once we found the front door, it was obvious. Very helpful front desk. Free breakfast with large variety of items. Room was a good size but strangely configured with the bathroom. Glass partition between tub/shower and main bedroom area so you could see straight through the bathroom from the bedroom. There was a shade for privacy that you could pull down from the bedroom side, but not the shower side. Only stay with people you trust! also, there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. Although there was a thermostat that said not to touch in the winter (to turn on AC), if you did touch it ...not saying I did ... nothing happens. I thought the room was rather warm. Thankfully able to open the window a crack to moderate.

  Great hotel option for Harbin

  Jingu Hotel has an amazing location smack bang in the citys main pedestrian thoroughfare - no more than a 10 minute walk from many of the sights youd want to see while in Harbin. The hotels restaurants also serve really great and affordable food. Sadly I can only agree with previous reviews about the hotels air condition system - the entire hotel is hot, including the rooms, and the only thing you can do about it is crack the windows in your room. The front desk always seemed to have at least one staff member who could speak English on duty at all times.

  CENTRALLY LOCATED, CLEAN HOTEL WITH SUPERB SERVICE

  Recently had the opportunity to visit Harbin, China and stayed at this fabulous facility. It is located on a beautiful cobble-stoned walking street with trees all along it and fabulous night food stalls, music and many shops and restaurants. The walk down the street is just excellent - I recommend it (now back to the hotel). The service throughout our stay was superb. Staff always smiled and were so polite and helpful as well as so obliging. The service staff were so helpful, polite and ever so efficient. The breakfasts were awesome, so much and such variety and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin. I will go back there, but, book as early as possible as it fills quickly

  Burger Spice Restaruant

  Inside the hotel, on the second floor, is a restaurant called Pizza Market. The Tripadvisor morons wouldn't let me request a listing for the restaurant so, this will have to do. The restaurant serves fancy versions of American foods - burgers, pizza, pasta, salads, steaks, and so on. The food is actually pretty good. By Chinese standards, though, the food might be a bit pricey (the Gas Station Burger, which you should definitely try, was 48 RMB and my bowl of cream of spinach soup was another 20-something), but definitely worth it. And, no, you don't have to be a guest at the hotel to eat there.
