  the hotel which has a long umbrella, a torch ,some bath salt and a super clean hot water flask inside the room.

  It was the first time I went to Xiamen. I was totally surprise to find a long umbrella , a torch ,a scissor, some bath salt and a super clean hot water flask inside the room. I still remember the terribly dirty hot water flask in those hotels in Italy . My daughter was sick in the first day of our arrival in this hotel and so we needed to stay in quietly to enjoy every facility inside the room such as the pretty hotel slippers and came to learn that there was a drug store , a super market and some nice small seafood restaurants nearby. This hotel is totally value for money .

  es mi tercera estadia en este hotel, muy bien situado,a solo 15 minutos caminando de la feria exposicion internacional Xiamen. el pesonal es atento, el desayuno es abundable con una gran seleccion de comidas para todos tipos de paladar. la habitacion es amplia y limpia.

  A truly international hotel in Xiamen, China

  The Mingfa International Hotel in Xiamen was the best of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our China tour. First off, the instructions and signage were in Chinese and English so it was very easy to get around and to operate the room TV. While CNN was not an option, we were able to get some news in English on the News Asia station. The hotels internet connection enabled us to communicate with the outside world. Mingfas staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to communicate with them in the local dialect. And the breakfast was fabulous as many items were offered. No problem getting omelettes prepared using egg whites. One thing which continued to irk us was the hotels restrictive practice of offering just 2 packs of Nescafé coffee for the 3 of us for our 2-night stay!

  International? Not at all! Avoid at any costs.

  Nice look inside, nice colors, nice rooms. The rest of the experience is completely incomprehensible. The description and name "international" should be removed immediately. Nobody there speaks English. Ridiculous situations to be expected. The bar? Well, there is a list of drinks including Scotch, Gin and others and you see 20 - 30 bottles on the shelves. You want to order? Forget about it! 1.Staff is not present. There is nobody. 2.After 20 minutes someone will arrive but...no English. 3. The most important: the list of drinks is made for the bin since 98% of all drinks are not available and the 20 - 30 bottles you see are just ...dummies! Had a non-smoking room that smelled beastly of cigarette smoke. Lovely. I was booked into this hotel by one of our clients who will not do it again with 100% certainty.
