THis Hotel i think a old hotel but they had renovated. The Lobby is Very Big and Spacious but the room in not convinient. One of the Room Window cant be closed and one of the lamp is not well function. The bed feel not nice to get sleep on it. Far location from the city, not recomended one

    Very dirty place!

I was herded into this hotel while on a tour that bills itself as providing 5 star hotels. Of the 6 nights, this was by far the worst place. I stay in a lot of non-starred places so can tolerate things that are not perfect. However, this place is filthy! At first glance, I thought that the maid just forgot to clean my room and was ready to ask for another room. But I peeked into fellow travellers' rooms and found that mine was not uniquely dirty. I can understand stains on lighter coloured carpets so looked closely--looks like the carpet has not been vacuumed in days or maybe even weeks. And we are not talking about corners and hidden spots. The counter tops have a greasy film and smudges. Luckily, the sheets looked clean enough and no signs of bed bugs. This place seems to market to tour groups so not sure if there is any reason for the hotel to improve their cleanliness. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was quite decent. Food preparation appears a lot more hygienic than the rooms. There is a Bank of China branch with ATMs attached to the building for easy banking needs.

Better than 5 star hotel from downtown

We were previously staying in a "5 star" hotel for ¥500/night and had to extend our trip by a day, so we decided to change hotels. Ahh! What a breathe of fresh air! There was no deposit and we didnt have to spend 20 mins waiting for them to serve us at hote lobby. Service was much better (the last place booked us in for 1 day instead of 2 and didn't tell us until we couldn't get in to our room). It's only a 1 Min walk to Su Zhuo train station and also many shops. Our room was actually better than the 5 star hotel. For example it had a working fan in the bathroom, an aircon that wasn't 100 years old, wifi and a TV with standard CCTV. The toilet in the bathroom was great, they actually gave us real toilet paper as opposed to tissues actually pt the 5 star hotel. The shower wasn't fancy, but it was functional. The bed was cheap, but so was the room. It wasn't that comfortable, but I fell asleep easy. We got the very first room, so its quite noisy in the mornings, but that also meant we were closest to the station and breakfast. Speaking of food, It's 22¥/pp for all you can eat breakfast. It's mainly Asian cuisine with rice, eggs, dumplings, Bao Zi, but they did have some tiny sausages and toast! So not by any means fancy, but good money for value. Overall, it was much better than our previous "5 star" experience, and you get what you pay for - ¥188/night. It's the type of hotel which you only sleep in and go out during the day.

    A good stay

The hotel had all of the required basics, the room was clean, although it was a bit dated and the beds were fairly hard to sleep on. The breakfast was also basic, but nice. Overall the hotel is cheap and it has all of the required basics.

    Tripadeal 4 star china $599

Standard 4 star hotel as part of tripadal tour. Clean but beds a bit hard for my liking. Perfect for what u pay for. Great for overnight stay and breakfast standard Chinese hotel Chinese / western breakfast . Don't expect English TV but Chanel cctv 9 or 106 has English news. The fridge was small and not plugged in on arrival which is normal in china. They drink coke warm etc
