Nice holidayThat's nice hotel where we spent our holiday. There was tasty food, really kind staff ,and of course clean rooms. It was great to visit many sights near here and I think,it should be great to have a bussiness meeting here, because there are many halls and conferention rooms.

Note ready for inernational guestsI stayed there for a whole week. The room was clean, but room service was not very attentive, because at the next-to-last day my room wasnt cleaned. The breakfast was more or less ok for a three star hotel. The hotel documentation was only in Czech language available; also the TV offered only lokal TV-stations. The desk staff was friendly but could hardly speak english, so the comunication was difficult.

Very good hotel in this small townI stayed in this hotel because of business event. It was very nice stay. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Very good service. The hotel conference rooms are mostly on every floor. So there is lot of place for meetings.

crazyGrapes hotel. No hot water in the shower in the morning or evening. Silena breakfast, coffee and tea cold, poorly stocked buffet , there is no place in the dining room and desktop clutter. Very slow operation

Here, every day is Throwback ThursdayI'm in no hurry to return. It wasn't actively bad, but this place needs improvement. Positives: staff was generally great, the place was clean and wi-fi worked fine, even if it got slower with more users. I don't mind. It's the details that kill the impression: my bathroom light didn't work, my shower had a huge crack in the plastic floor, hot water stopped running after about 2 minutes of showering around 11pm. Unlike other guests, I got a keycard AND a physical key it seems that as their card locks break down, they simply remove them instead of repairing. More annoyingly, it was really cold throughout the hotel. Sure, it's the middle of May, but it's unusually cold out and both the room and common spaces were quite chilly. Luckily you won't be freezing in bed, since checkout is at 9am and cleaning staff starts noisily vacuuming the hallways at 7.15am, so there's no chance of oversleeping. Breakfast selection was limited items do get refilled, but only rarely. Some hot options were brought out as we were leaving, so it's perhaps a matter of luck. I stayed one night for an on-site conference and while it wasn't a complete disaster, the management needs to take an honest look and reevaluate. There's no way this is a 3-star hotel, let alone 4* (as sometimes advertised). The sooner everyone accepts that, the better. It's a more-or-less budget-friendly retro property with a strong 80s/90s vibe. It's not unbearable, but I believe there are better options around.
