Better to sleep on the streetDisgusting hotel. Cynical staff that knows how bad it is and doesn't care. My friend booked me in, mercifully for one night only, when I was coming for a wedding. She must have depended on the misleading photographs on the website and a few.good reviews that I'm sure are planted by the management. Nobody who actually stayed here can have had a good experience. I was shown to a shabby and small room on the ground floor whose window blinds wouldn't open. Okay. The housekeeping staff rushed in and liberally sprayed the room with deodorant. I didn't think much of it as I was in a rush to dump my bags and leave. When I came back after the wedding I understood. The sewer line had backed up and the bathroom had sewage in the shower area. The room stank. The staff knew this but we're hoping to get by. When I insisted on changing my room I was shown to another one upstairs that was so small you literally only had one step between the door and the bed. To move around you had to shuffle sideways. The bathroom was equally small and was probably a repurposed closet. When you sat on the WC (whose seat was loose and covered with the previous occupants hair), the washbasin was practically on your lap. Every surface-- the counters, mirror, soap dish-- were so dirty I spread toilet paper on all of the so I wouldn't have to touch them. When I got to bed the sheets were stained and the duvet cover was dirty and torn. The staff was well aware of this and exchanges the duvet cover for the slightly less torn one on the room I had vacated. It's a mystery to me how such a miserable, filthy place that is managed with such cynicisand disinterest can survive.

Pathetic and AtrocitiousPlease do not get fooled by the pictures shown. The hotel rooms are as small as a match box. They stink like someone pissed in the mattress. The reception guy is super arrogant and mannerless. It looks like a very very shady and unhygenic hotel. No meal facility.. locality is super crap. When i reached there, the entire lane and entrance were drowned in sewer crap. I mean, i cant tell enough. Please dont get fooled

The worst hotel in Mumbai !!!I booked only 1 night at deluxe room in this hotel. After arrived they gave us small and dirty room, where shower didnt work right. They were open to change our room according to our reservations in 30 minutes, we waited 2 hours! Finally we get the right room. Room was dirty, dusted and without the window. In toilet was mildew and dirt. Although they told us that payment by cards isnt acceptable. It was big surprise because at booking.com they didnt mention about that fact. First we get info that terminal is broken and it will start working tomorrow then next day that management was change and we cant pay by card at all. After call to Booking.com customer service and try to negotiation benefits of this misunderstanding we finish with nothing! Finally we need to book another hotel for the last night in India and pay extra fees. So... dear travellers never never book room in this hotel. Location can be good but it isnt worth stress and get cheated.

Worst ever stay...I visited this hotel on 25 th feb 2020. Room was full of dust . Bad sheet were stinking. Bed was broken. There were mouse and lizard inside room. When asked for change, front desk staf said " mouse is regular and does not harm". Washroom was even more pathetic.leavs of near by tree was projecting from broken glass. Pl do not think to stay.

An average hotel worth avoidingThe hotel is located in a very secluded place in Juhu area. The rooms are quite average and requires serious servicing. The hotel is quite good if visited alone. There are no restaurants attached to it and also the bathrooms are not quite well maintained. It is better to avoid this hotel and shift to other non-branded hotel in the vicinity.
