  Clean,nice & good service hotel

  Have stayed here for 4 night,very friendly hotel with all the daily amenities ready for you! Enjoyed my stay here very much. Short walking distance to metro station,beach and also to the walking street. I strongly recomand this hotel for traveler who come to busan for holiday.

  Its ok

  Their breakfast is average and I regret spending money on it as there are so many cafes around. Even after I told them on the 2nd date, that we will checkout the next day before their buffet opens I wasnt refunded for the third day of breakfast. Some rooms are newly updated and I guess these are the pricier ones. We had a standard room and it came with a smell of... cherries and mold?! We dont know. Super weird. The mirrors in the room are scratched and so blind, you can barely put your makeup on. Their light setup is also weird. Only ceiling lights and at night everything blinks and it gets brighter than in daytime! Their bathroom is dated, even if I liked their tub. Location wise the hotel is great. Not directly front row and calm. Parking available. Their staff is friendly and helpful, even if their English is rudimentary.

  Rooms smell like cigarette smoke

  The room I had was on the 6th floor and I couldnt stand the smell of stale cigarette smoke that probably was there for the last decade or so. The management tried to find other rooms but they all smelled. The housekeeping is a bit sloppy. Black mold was located throughout the room, as well as the coffee mugs. The staff is polite and also so speak English. The actual hotel location is great: close to the subway entrance and Main Street.

  Smoker Rooms?

  We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well located, close to the beach. The bed was good, the room size was fine. BUT: There is a strange smell of cigarettes in the hotel rooms. The smell did not go away even after 3 days of permanent ventilation. At the reception, people were surprised by this, but it seems to be an old problem. The stench in the rooms is disgusting.

  Look for somewhere else

  For this price Id recommend somewhere else. I think that the designers/decorators of this hotel have gone for more style than substance. Its also backed up by poor housekeeping. I booked a Deluxe double which on booking.com says comes with a balcony with a view. The first room I was given had no balcony to speak of, just one smallish window looking out into the side of another building. Went back to reception and asked for the room I booked which was eventually provided. But, the rooms at this hotel do NOT have balconies!! And they certainly dont have a view, not most of them anyway. I would have thought for a Deluxe Double I would have been given a front facing room with some semblance of a view. So, because of the lack of windows and closeness of the building next door you dont get any natural light in the room basically. A couple of things that stood out as negatives : black mould in the shower which is a big negative for me tv too far away from bed (poor design) General grubbiness of the room. Dust, greasy fingerprints on mirrored door, etc. What shocked me most is that the hotel info folder looked like it hadnt been cleaned EVER. That is quite literally one of the first things you look at and it was disgusting. Had to wash my hands after handling. the walls and other fixtures just seemed really scruffy. Doesnt look like there has been much done to maintain the polished look I think they were going for. no clear instructions on the air con other than letting you know there is a button on the tv remote. Although there is also a seperate remote for the aircon and then theres also a panel next the bed with a temp readout (which never really did anything). Beside provided phone charger not working and all taped up like it they knew (just replace it!). All in all, I wouldnt recommend this place. I think there would be better options elsewhere. If youve read this far and can overlook the above then here are the only positives I can muster : free washing machine & dryer (including detergent) good location (near metro, beach & main area of Haeundae) comfortable bed good water pressure & temp.
