Not worth the money. The entrance to the hotel looks very promising, but your stay here won't be a good one. We stayed in a family room with 5 beds fullboard. First off, their swimming pool is a complete ripoff. The photos which they have posted shows pictures of the pool looking decent, but in reality the pool is very dirty and compact. Some guests were even allowed to get in the pool without proper swim wear. It wasn't purifying either. Secondly, the rooms look very old, not stylish at all. The beds are worn out. The toilets looked bad and disappointing for the price paid. The interior fits for less than Rs.10,000 fullboard experience. The family room costed us Rs.17,500 fullboard. A complete ripoff. We wouldn't mind if the prices were lower or atleast the rooms are properly refurbished. The hotel opposite to JayaSinghe Hotel, which is Hotel Okrin is really worth it. Unfortunately we were late to book rooms in that hotel. (We have stayed in Okrin last year). Their family room is around Rs.17,000 with actual '4-star or more' looking rooms. Okrin was truly luxurious for Rs.17,000. I would recommend that hotel any day than this ripoff. We didn't even get tea in the morning to our rooms. The only satisfying factor about this hotel was its food. They were Sri Lankan cuisine and satisfyingly tasty. Also the serving ladies at the restaurant were kind. Conclusion: Would I recommend this hotel? Not unless the hotel is properly refurbished or atleast the prices are reduced. You can find a better hotel for the same prices. Would I come back for a stay in this hotel? Nah.

Good for a one night stayThe rooms are old and run down, the bathrooms could be improved lot more. Have a tiny towel lying in the floor next to the sink in the bathroom and another towel near the bathroom door. The doors did not look solid and the area near the door lock was damaged. The pool did not look clean enough hence we did not use it. Had snacks for tea which was not appealing at all and so tasteless. Even dinner was bad but breakfast was tasty. There was a long towel hanging next to the sink in the restaurant which looked really ugly. However, the staff was very friendly and did every possible thing to make our stay satisfying. The hotel offered toiletries and towels looked ok.

"Amazing Service"From the moment itself, we booked the hotel the owners were so flexible with us. It's really easy to find the place & we enjoyed the surrounding a lot. Recommending to couples who are willing to relax & spend a good time with fresh air. Helpful staff & family-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty. Nice place to chill out outdoors with good snacks after visiting the Temple too. The owner & the manager were very supportive of fulfilling special requests we had. Great value for money. An upgrade with new AC machines & flat-screen TVs would be a good investment for the future. WE DO HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN. THANKS, HEAPS!

Good Resort / Hotel to stay in KataragamaWe utilised 19 rooms of this hotel for one day stay and Lunch, Dinner and B/F on 29th Jan 2019 in Kataragama. This is a good hotel with decent clean rooms and good food.It is all in one floor, so no requirement for lift. Nice swimming pool. Cooperative staff. The only draw back is the geyser, it is not effective.

Nice placeI stayed at this hotel with my family and took 3 rooms. The food is delicious and healthy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water. But didnt have much amenities, had to request for drinking water. The staff were very friendly and service was incredible. All in all, value for money and highly recommended.
