  Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are clean, but a renovation wouldn't harm the hotel. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. It's not the best hotel but as mentioned the warmth of the staff makes it feel like a home. Breakfast is sufficient and good. Mrs. Gestry made the whole stay with her smile and her great attention to a wonderful time. I would came back anytime

  Good hotel, great staff, amazing hospitality!

  First, thank you to the incredible staff of the Java Palace hotel that made me feel at home even when so far from it. The hotel itself is good, it could use a face-lift but even that adds a bit to the charm. The location was great, very convenient to where I needed to be in Jakarta, but far enough outside the main bustle of the city to be peaceful. The staff do a superb job at keeping everything clean. For the amenities, I really appreciated the pool and athletic facilities being well kept. Breakfast was great, and the staff were gracious. The staffs English was great, so don't worry about that! I'm particular, a friendly young woman named Intan made sure that my wants and needs were more than met. I look forward to seeing her again, next time I am here.

  Great Hospitality, Poor Infrastructure

  Great Hospitality. It was a quite late evening when I got personal problem on my laptop & internet connection (not hotel's fault). I am giving appreciation for: Ms/Mrs. Mimin (front office), Mr. Prasetyo (Manager in duty), and Mr. Alex (Java Palace's IT person, a nickname I believe). Ms./Mrs. Mimin gave me a spark of an idea how to solve the problem. Continued to Mr. Prasetyo, that helped me throughout the problem solving and managed to contact Mr. Alex, who was though not in his working hour, was willing to help through phone assistance at late night. Poor Infrastructure. Sound proof is the main problem. I literally jumped and shocked multiple times when there were sudden spike of noises. Some were even in the middle of the sleep. Noises from nextdoor's TV and voices from the guests there were through; kids running noises (either above or same floor) were through, and someone with heels running was the one that awaken me at early morning. Location, good. Room quality, aside from permeable sounds, good. Breakfast, okay. Price, good.

  I was able to stay with java palace from the 12th of Nov to 30th. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Security is excellent and thoughtful. Most of all the staff are caring considerate and professional. I was treated like family by everyone from my room keeper to the General Manager. Thank you Java Palace!

  java palace hotel very pleasant hospitality the staff always ready to help you the rooms are comfortable despite the unhappy period I was very satisfied with my period at the java palace, which however I already knew from past stays. I went back very happy Zimmitti Giuseppe
