  Excellent food and wonderful staff

  This hotel is perfect place for nice vacation in Bibione, located near the clean beach. The food in hotel´s restaurant is amazing, staff is extremely kind, friendly and polite. I would love to return to this place again. Thank you for a beautiful week.

  Beware SCAMMER - STAY AWAY

  We made a reservation via booking.com for 2 adult & 5 y.o 1 child, i'm lucky i made a print screen of my reservation which confirmed the total price for all 3. Because the hotel tryed to charge us one extra person for the 5 y.o child... they gave us a 20% discount, ... i said no way, the price on Booking.com is the total price. I couldn't just cancel my reservation on booking.com without huge fees so they kind of force me to cancel my booking.com reservation (so they don't pay their fees) & apply my deposit to a direct reservation. Not the kind of thing you want when booking a small Holiday. Otherwise no welcome gift, no children welcome gift, very small rooms, ridiculous tiny bathroom, with caravan-kind shower, you can either take a shower or use the toilet not both... NO WAY it is a 4-Star hotel. Breakfast was good but that's about it... avoid if you want to avoid problems.

  Fantastic stay!

  The hotel is well located near the sandy beach, markets, restaurants etc. Each room has its own umbrellas and sun beds. The Staff is very friendly, helpful, with fluent English and german language. Every day is a delicious cuisine in the restaurant. Waiters are mostly italian, neat clothing, also with good german/English knowledge. The service is professional and polite, the headwaiter, sir Paolo keep eye on everything and care about the guests. Also at the poolbar you can taste good drinks , any you wish! Rooms are cleaned every day, every day you get fresh towels. Somebody said the hotel needs renovation. It is in old fashion style with chandeliers and colorful carpets, but it has its magic! I will definietely come back to this hotel in the future. I made whole reservation by booking with no problems. I send kind regards to all of the team!!! Cari saluti!!! Couple from Poland

  Wonderful vacation in Italy!

  This was a long waited vacation! At first we were a little disappointed that the hotel did not meet the our expectations, but as the days passed by we were more than happy with our choice. Why do I say this? Just let me mention a few thins. 1. Everyone at the hotel is so nice. They helped us every time, from checking in, to booking a cruise, to enjoying each meal. We felt really welcomed. 2. The room was cleaned each day and this is a plus for us. 3. Breakfast had a delicious variety of choices. 4. We went half-board and chose to have dinner. We would order at breakfast what we wanted for dinner. Everything was delicious. Only once I didn't like what I had, but the waiter was so nice and brought something else. 5. It is a kid friendly hotel. 6. The beach is clean and the sea is amazing. It is definitely a place for kids as the water is shallow. And this just to mention a few. We would return to Bibione! The place has its charming and the people are amazing! It is just a suggestion: the rooms could be improved in terms of furnishing and appliances.

  Last minute get away for the weekend, loved it, exceed exceptions

  Booked this hotel as a last minute get away, the deal was amazing, for the price we paid we did not expect much, however we were very impressed, great location only 4/5 mins walk from the beach and the sun lounger. We took advantage of the free bikes and cycled in to the centre of Bibone each day, this took around 20 minutes each way which was perfect fo us. the staff were very helpful and curious. We also had a nice balcony with a sea view.
