  Untrained staff!

  Hotel accommodation is ok but the staff in the restaurant is not been trained properly.We order for breakfast and it took an hour and a half before we had our order same thing happens during lunch.So we decided to find somewhere to eat and a few meters away there is a food park where we go every meal time for the duration of our stay.

  Family outing

  I love the hotel, they have big rooms, good air-conditioning, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Location as it best, they fresh bread everyday and grocery if you need something. Next to wet market and restos. Beach front and they have swimming pool, though pool is small but good enough for children. At night there is live band where ko you can eat fresh grilled fish, drink bear and just chill in out. Evertyhing is walking distance. Beach is not at its finest but clear and clean. Email inquiries are fast and you can pay at arrival. Definitely will be back and recommend to a lot of people.

  Tired and dilapidated

  Friendly staff fighting a hard battle to make up for an awful hotel, with petty rules, pathetic service and average accommodation. Dirty rooms, mosquitoes everywhere, unavailable dishes in the restaurant. To cap it all they want paying in advance for the stay - I'm guessing that's to stop people moving hotels after the first night.

  Could have been better

  Called to make a reservation for a nights stay with my family of 6. Requested for a room that can accommodate all of us. We were travelling with aged parents who have difficulty managing stairs. They recommended a room that turned out to be near the restaurant. Luckily they are not crowded and its not too noisy. Its also steps to the pool. Room is large but dark, only a couple of light bulbs. However the toilet is clogged. We asked reception to get it fixed. Instead they gave another room on the same level for us to use thr toilet. The public beach is about 2mins wal. Its clean and nice. the food park serves cheap good fresh seafood in the evenings with free entertainment.

  Very nice

  Hotel room was large enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Warm water for showers was wonderful. Pool was nice and maintained. Meals were tasty although a little slow. The atmosphere was nice and they were very accommodating. They can coordinate pump boat island hoping rides, however I don't recommend unless you bring earplugs, the boats are VERY loud.
