  They just don't give a F

  During my recent trip in China I was unpleasantly surprised by hotels. You can see that they were not old, they were just poorly maintained. It seems that worries of hotel owner end with the construction of hotel. They change sheets, do minimal upkeep but be prepared to see uncleaned carpets, chairs, stained walls, ceilings and stuff like that. This hotel stood out out of 3 other hotels in similar condition due to completely lack of staff interest in their hotel. It seems that they haven't vacuumed rug even behind the reception desk. I learned not to expect for them to bother with washing but they could have at least vacuumed. Others at least did that - staff in this hotel aren't interested at all in how their hotel looks.

  A good 4 star hotel

  My wife and I stayed in this hotel recently and it was very good,the best we stayed in during our 25 day tour of china. Big entrance lobby with welcoming staff when we arrived. The room was large and comfortable. Indeed our queen size beds and bedding were as good as what we would have at home. English language chennels on the tv. Very good shower and bath. Tea making facilities and two free bottles of water. Room was quiet. Wifi was fine throughout the hotel. The English style breakfast on the second floor was very good with decently cooked bacon,omlettes freshly cooked,plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt,etc. We did have some problems with a window that would not close properly and a chair. We advised our cleaner and both were addressed later that day by staff with a smile. We stayed two nights and were very happy. I would recommend this hotel.

  Hotel bueno, depende de la habitacion

  Nos alojamos dos veces en el hotel.Una vez recibimos una habitacion amplia pero con baño sin bañadera, con ducha sin mampara.Habia señales negras en el piso que .demostraban que habia sido retirada la mampara La habitacion amplia pero sin placard,solo una barra para colgar la ropa.Daba la sensacion que era una habitacion para discapacitados.La segunda vez que nos alojamos (dos dias mas tarde) recibimos una habitacion normal El desayuno y la cena buffet de buen nivel

  Comfortable

  WE stayed here as part of our tour package . I guess they put us here because it is a little out of the way from most of the sites. I liked it though. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was very good. Its in the south west part of the city.

  Very Comfortable stay

  The Hotelroom was nice. It was clean and seemed to be new (albeit on closer inspection you were able to find some rusty places under the sink). everything worked fine and the shower was also agreeable. The reception really tried to make harder requests work. E.g. they did say they could wash my clothes in only one day. (despite me checking in at 15:00 and checking out at 08:00 the following morning) I just had to get the clothes in the afternoon, which was not possible for me. The adjacent Spa was great, they had a large selection and everything was clean and worked fine. (albeit their shoesizes stop at 44)
