  El lugar es muy lindo con muchas comodidades La atención e muy buena Es un lugar para disfrutar en familia Nosotros alquilamos una casita q daba al patio interno a pasos de una de las piletas. Super equipada y comoda. Todas distintas depende la q vos alquiles Disfrutamos mucho de la BBQ pileta y playa Excelente lugar, no hay lujos sino comodidades Volveria sin dudas

  Unit #95 - Remodeled and fantastic!

  I've rented from this owner in the past (#100) and was very happy. I rented this second unit just for a change. I like renting directly from an owner and not from large rental companies as I like the personal attention I receive. This condo was just as nice as her other condo. Well appointed, nicely decorated ~ I knew I was at the beach from the moment I opened my eyes. The new kitchen has all the amenities of our home. The large patio table had seating for 6, which was great for our group of friends to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. So glad we found this second unit. We've already rented both the owners condo (#95 and #100) for next July. Very convenient for us to be close but not on top of each other. The complex itself has a few upgrades from when we first started coming here. The beautiful, tropical landscaping is very welcoming in the patio area. Such a nice amenity for all of us. Can't wait for our next trip!

  Pre Christmas escape from Minnesota

  We spent 12 nights here in unit 56 small condo. Large bedroom with soft king size bed, comfy. It was about 500 steps to beach just so you are aware. No parking closer to beach. Bathrooms by beach werent accessible. Beach was wonderful Unit was clean and well stocked kitchen for food prep. Three pools, one next to our unit was never heated, so that was disappointing. Lovely Christmas Decorations. I would stay again but look for unit closer to beach. We got a great price from owner. Good communication from owner when we had a question.

  Wow! Unit 504

  Tower Unit 504 delivered on everything I needed to spend a vacation week after hitting it hard at work for several months. The view from the kitchen area, screen porch, and balcony is breathtaking -- the wide Gulf beach, colorful sky, and relaxing expanse of water. Since cooking really relaxes me, I got a double dose of gazing out the window while preparing several meals in the unit. Cleaning up wasn't half bad either, as the view from the sink is also top notch. There is plenty of room for morning stretching (yoga) and a generous TV space for the less healthy kind of stretching out (i.e., with a beer or glass of wine). All of the electronics worked without a hitch. Ditto for the plumbing, sliding glass doors, windows, draw pulls and other hardware throughout the unit. Access up and down the elevator was flawless. If there was anyone in the upstairs unit, I barely heard them (love that solid construction!). The tower building's swimming pool had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and no screaming, peeing children. That's another past time of mine for total relaxation. Once we got a little stir crazy, around day 3, long walks on the beach were fantastic. One can walk almost all the way on the beach to the commercial section of Siesta Key, a little over a mile. Primo breakfast places and a supermarket await you. A couple of beachfront snack shacks with decent pizza, etc. and adult beverage are even shorter walks up the beach from the tower building. So, if you're always trying to burn some calories while always packing them in, you can walk long stretches along the beach before and after enjoying all the good food and drink. The wide beach allows parties to spread out, unlike many ocean-side beaches (S.E. FL) where it can get crowded. The owners of the unit took care to stock the place with essential staples. Nearly all of our interactions, however, were with the management company, which did a fine job.

  Beware Poor customer service

  I would like to give it no stars but that is not an option. This review is in regards to service not property. I requested a reservation online that showed dates are available. To request reservation you have to give credit card information. The dates were not available. I specifically said please do not charge my card then and I was still charged. When I asked about it they told me its a third party fee and they can not help me get my money back. All they have to do is call and say they did not accept my request and they refuse. Obviously we will not be reccomending or ever visiting with such poor customer service.
