  Great legacy location and experience.

  Five floors and a well kept legacy resort. As we walked the beach, there is one other (Pink) resort a few blocks south that may have been built around the same period. This pink resort was the only place that had happy hour performer on our beach walks. The studio rooms are very small with a tiny kitchen and balcony facing the ocean. All rooms face the ocean, of which there are about 30 rooms. I would suggest these are a bit too small for more than a couple, maybe one small child (not pulling out the couch bed). Very clean, with nice personnel, the ease of parking from only five floors makes access to the beach and ocean the great attraction here. We cooked all of our meals in the small kitchen and walked the beach daily. The rooms have been updated but this IS a legacy, small property. If you want modern high rise with huge rooms, etc. this style is not for you. We loved it !

  Great Resort!

  This small resort is perfect for families! The Staff go to extraordinary lengths to ensure a clean and safe environment. We visit yearly and have a wonderful time every time we go. I highly recommend this property!

  Long Time Owners

  Our family has been owners at Jade Tree for decades. We love coming during our timeshare weeks (one in May, one in September). The resort is so small, which I think it one of it's best features. The staff will know you by the end of the week and are so fast to respond to any inquiries. There are 2 bathrooms by the office that are accessible from the outside so you can easily access them coming off the beach. And you really could not get any closer to the beach. Since you are on a small property, there is not much to navigate before you are oceanside. We stay in a studio, and although cozy, it has everything you need from a full (mini) kitchen, table, bed, sleeper sofa, etc. I do know they have been working to update the units, so looking forward to returning!

  You MUST Check Out This Outstanding Property

  What a view! All balconies face the ocean. Over the years, Jade Tree Cove just gets better and better. The upgrading and remodeling are impressive. The environment is always clean, and the location is convenient to anything and everything! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. During the pandemic, they have taken extra measures to make sure the rooms are sanitized, and the towels, blankets, etc. are wrapped in plastic for safety and convenience. The attention to detail is top-notch!

  Totally relaxing weekend

  This clean, quiet and convenient unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions but quiet and oceanfront on a really nice area of the beach. The efficiency is small but thoughtfully arranged. Is perfect for a couple, but would rather tight for 4 people. Look forward to going back!
