  Fantastic holiday

  Where do I start! we arrived later than expected so it was nearly midnight by the time we got to the villas, we were greeted by Derya and her husband Armed who showed us to our villa. I had arranged for a birthday cake for my two children which Derya has organised and this was in the villa lit with sparklers on our arrival, kids were very happy! The villa itself had everything we needed, it was clean and we were very happy with it. Derya and her family could not have been any more helpful and lovely, we went on one of their boat trips for the day as her dad Sadik Owns a boat and we also went to the mud baths which again Derya organised for us so we did not need to do anything. Overall our experience here was amazing we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and nothing was ever a problem if we needed anything.. we cant wait to come back next year. If you like quiet and relaxing then this complex is for you.

  Inside/outside

  We arrived late after a long days travelling so our first experience was the apartment itself. The internal fittings were not good. A mixture of insufficient and chipped crockery. Suspect electrics. The main information given was that air conditioning was available at £10.00 per day. We didnt-bother.. Next morning we could see outside. Completely different. Two pols, well kept and landscaped gardens in a stunning setting. Staff and family were friendly and quick to try to rectify any issues but not always successful ( changing a light bulb, still did not work). This place could easily move up to a higher rating at small expense. We hope they do!!

  Iztuzu Apartments and Villas

  We recently stayed here in a two bed villa, Derya and Ahmed were there to welcome us despite we arrived in the middle of the night, and nothing was too much trouble for them at any point during our stay. The villa was lovely with views in 2 directions. We know Dalyan quite well, having been a few times before and would return here without hesitation. Thank you to Derya, Ahmed, Sadik and Lucky !!

  My Paradise

  Just came back from staying at Itzue Villis for 3 wks Sedik + Derya + Ahmet are like Family Treat me has such That was my 4 Visit just Love Place Peaceful No Loud Music Just Booked to go back next May+June For 6 wks Carnt wait to go back to my Hidden Gem

  A happy place

  We had a super break here October 14 - 24 together with only 2 or 3 other guests. Derya, Sadik, and Ahmed couldnt have been more hospitable and welcoming. The 1 bed apartment we had was quite adequate and comfortable, with minor repairable items commensurate with the usual end-of-season Derya was also enormously helpful in phoning to get the mechanic out to deal with bicycle breakdowns. We felt so comfortable here, and our thanks go to all at Iztuzu! Well look forward to our visit next year!
