Just OKFamily travelled here in August with two girls aged 12 and 9. We thought the family room was a bit small for four people. Cleaned but not very well, I had to buy my own toilet bleach and spray to clean bathroom properly. Not enough towels given but it was easy to take what we needed from the carts when housekeeping came around! Pools were ok, nice, friendly lifeguards on the slides. Had to leave towels out early, not necessarily because there were not enough but limited number of parasols and you need shade in August. Food OK, some evenings very long queues for bbq items, sometimes we gave up waiting. Not as much choice as we've had on other our other holidays to Turkey. Not enough tables at times. Too many stray cats encouraged to feed from and sometimes on the tables. I had to tell a few people that cats were eating from their plates when they were getting something else from the buffet. I love cats and we have a cat, but I don't want one sitting on the table when I'm eating. Especially when there are 3 or 4 and they decide to have a fight ON THE TABLE! Breakfast choice limited, hubby and kids had something but most days I didn't bother to go. The animation staff were nice young girls, but young man with quiffy hair had a very inflated opinion of himself! Loved watching him round the pool chatting to ladies then scuttle off when their husbands appeared! Worst gym equipment I've ever seen, right in the middle of the damp smelling reception for the spa. It was dreadful. Best things about this hotel are the lovely, well kept grounds and very nice staff. Bearing in mind our language barriers we always managed understand each other in the end! Great staff at the pool bar, we had great, freshly prepared lunches everyday. Went to Bodrum a few times, 10 minutes in a taxi. Had some lovely meals next to the sea. I would definitely return to the area, just not this hotel.

Great for families and a relaxing travel experience!Firstly, one can't judge travel experience on reviews alone, you have to go and discover things for yourself. Also, for the price you pay, it is difficult to justify everything of value. We went to Izer Hotel and Beach Club expecting a lot but when we got there we were a bit disappointed - the rooms were quite basic but safe for our kids and we were right at the end near the tennis courts so the Wi-Fi didn't work very well. But we thought complaining about it and worrying about it would make our holiday an unpleasant one so we chose to look on the bright side. When we went, it was fig season and so the figs kept falling off the trees and they were delicious. The water slide in the big main pool was amazing, my 6 year old boy loved it and my little baby had fun splashing in the shallow end of the pool. The show at night was fantastic and the choreographed dancers did well. We were all asked to dance the night away afterwards. We also got to know some of the staff there, a Turkish marketing professional and a Ukrainian/Turkish couple working there who were very friendly. In fact, I still follow them on Instagram! I would say, don't go expecting the world. It is not best resort in Turkey for you are bound to get disappointed but you can make the most of it, have some fun and let your hair down.

Don't book it!Been to Turkey several times, this is honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Stayed here for 10 nights in September 2019. We are not a fussy couple but we like to get what we pay for and this hotel is a 2 star hotel at best! From the rooms to the food and drink is the worst we have ever had. Felt very let down by Jet2 who no longer go here i believe.

DupedRooms are old and very noisy and in desperate need of updating. Toilets leak water constantly into the pan which causes the system to self flush every couple of mins. The food is just Ok, the all inclusive drinks (spirits) are cheap imitations The location is great, the staff are all very nice and friendly but ultimately this hotel is a 2 hotel that's in desperate need of updating. This hotel has been sold and is due to be DEMOLISHED at the end of the 2020 season. You will be very disappointed if you book
