  Affordable price, nice staff

  Feels like home, with unique decorative and peaceful room. Compact building with "all-in" and spacious facilities. Worth price and helpful staff. Near from all commercial and crowd at the center of Bandung.

  Great quite location, value for the money

  This hotel location is perfect, very quiet, but walking distance to Riau Junction CHECK IN Arrive at 12 noon, we have to wait for our room to be ready, so we wait at our sister's room (already staying here) and the front desk will deliver the room key later. ROOM Room is a good size. large and comfy bed, both room and bathroom are clean. the only downside is the AC is not cool enough (quite cool... but not cold enough for us) . Its already set to the lowest temp and highest speed. so.. room 206's AC needs to be serviced right away BREAKFAST great range of food. the cafe at the lobby is quite nice also. great affordable food and good coffee.

  Plus and minus

  I have booked this hotel in a whim, so I checked-in the next day after booking. I know the area well, and it is such a good area for walking to many places, both eateries and for shoppings. The good - the area - the breakfast, not many spread but nonetheless it was tasty and not bombarded with MSG - the room size - the receptionist who listen to your complain and act upon it The bad - upon checked-in I had to sign a statement letter of not smoking in the room, else I will be fined. The irony, when I went to open the door, the room heavily smell of cigarette. Apparently someone had smoked in another room and the smell spreads the entire floor. So much for non smoking policy. They changed my room upon complain, later I found apprently it was upgraded too. So that was solved. - I have bad asthma and allergy and my first night I had asthma induced allergic reaction from the bedding! I took all of my meds, slept on the sofa, and use my mask. Was not an ideal situation, but I was very tired after long meeting whole day and cant drag myself out to change to another room. Plus booking.com seemed to think that asthma attack complain can be solved by sending them picture of the room before they do anything else, cos they had no other means to prove my claim. This was again solved the next day when I asked them to change the whole bedding. They should also just get rid of that carpet under the bed, which serves no function other than being the bed of dust mites. So two problems are solved. I had no luggages so the steps to the reception and the steps to the elevator didnt disturb me. - the towel had seen better days for sure. My last day I was given two towels, one looked like rag with many threads hangs fringe like. Broken white would be the color. Please renew your towels. All in all I find they take your concerns, and try to fix the mishaps. But, it is sad at same time that it needs to be imposed on them and not their standard practice. If I ever try to stay here again, I will send them an email or ring them first, to make sure that the room is deep cleaned and the bedding is new and fresh to ensure my wellbeing. And bring my own towel, I guess.

  Good memory

  Stayed for 3 days, quadroom was spacious, breakfast good, near to supermarket and walking distance. Like the coffee. Weather was cool. Book direct with reception. Good hospitality. Had dinner on one night at cafe and enjoyed the care and food. Hope to return.

  Perfect location!

  Surrounded by Jl Trunojoyo and Jl Riau, where you can find tons of stores by walk. This hotel location was perfect, even when youre too lazy to walk just hang out in the hotels cafe. The atmosphere was calm and good The rooms was ok, they provide hairdryer also. The cons only the parking area, its too narrow. So watch out when you bring big suv/sedan to this hotel. Well, they provide valet also for free if u willing. Ive already stay here about 3 times, and will come back again for sure!
