  Basic Hotel to Sleep

  Stayed in the hotel for 11 nights. Overall, a very basic hotel for sleeping. Small shower which can be tricky for those who are tall and big in size. Food wise,I noticed same spread for breakfast for all 12 days. Other than an outdoor bar which serve drinks and show live world cup soccer, no entertainment available.

  Nice hotel in Luanda

  Nice location safe and clean area but outside the city centre, some shopping centres are around . Hotel itself is clean and rooms are big and everything is working , with a very affordable price . Staff were super cooperative & helpful . Must do deep treatment for mosquitoes with a specialized company, especially in the lobby .

  Standard hotel for your stay in Luanda (Talatona Area)

  This is a standard hotel with normal services for the visitors. They have quite spacious and clean rooms with free WiFi, Standard washroom but a small bathroom. There is no toothbrush/paste or lotion provided. There is a TV with a variety of channels to choose from. The hotel has two wings (Wing A & B) both with 6 floors, Breakfast IS offered in both wings but Lunch and Dinner is offered in Wing B only. Their food is great, and the waiters are courteous. Though not all can speak in English and those who do speak the basic level. It has a number of parking lots, two separate gates (entry and exit) and is along a road accessing the Talatona Avenue. Unfortunately there are no shopping outlets or outside restaurants nearby, hence you can't walk for shopping or to access other services. You'll have to drive to some distance to get the services. I would recommend the hotel for your standard stay in Luanda, proximate to Talatona.

  Very cold feel, more like a transit hotel

  There are no amenities at the hotel. It felt like a transit hotel were you hope to only stay over for one night. The staff are friendly. The restaurant has a very limited menu and after 5 nights i could not wait to go home. The shower is awkwardly laid out and was a daily challenge.

  I had to spend at this hotel almost 3 weeks.

  It is a good hotel for one night stay. Not more. I can confirm all previous negative reviews. Yes, there is a very high car traffic noise in rooms on road side. Yes, wi-fi internet speed is almost ZERO. Network for all quests is based on one cell phone Unitel sim card. There is no LTE (4G) coverage for Unitel. Yes, if you open window or room doors you have guaranteed mosquitoes bites. Nearby another hotel has swimming pool, and big swamps are close by. Some rooms have ants. Meals are Angolan traditional. Bathrooms are designed and made by persons who never had a bathroom at home. In windows are only windows blinds. TV sets have many channels with "no signal" message on screen. Furnitures worn and damaged. There is no fine for smoking in rooms. Cigarette ashes after previous guests are everywhere. Second floor is very noisy during the day due to hotel facilities below. Hotel staff don't speak English at all.
