  Excellent for family relaxation

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. The internet, unfortunately, was very slow but it did not stop my son playing his video games. The pool is very large and extremely clean! The pool staff were very friendly and chatty especially the evening staff. We had gorgeous views of Ermones. The beach is 4 mns walk from the hotel. The sea was clear and beautiful! We didn't want to come out! The hotel food was fine but could definitely improve!

  We were at the hotel in early September 2019 to celebrate our birthday. The hotel is located in the very beautiful Ermonas Valley. We had a wonderful room with sea views. The hotel administration made a birthday present with flowers, a bottle of good wine. It was very nice! The staff was very helpful, especially Dimitras. He resolved all our questions quickly. We are very pleased with the stay. Will definitely return here and recommend your hotel to my friends.

  Family break

  Stayed here for over a week, all inc. ideal, good food, nice staff and rooms and facilities. Car hire recomended to see other areas also. Lle iawn i aros. Môr braf a chlir digon i weld wrth snorklo hefyd. Dim mor brysur hefo bywyd gydar nos a ballu, ond lle iawn i ymlacio.

  Wow! Amazing sea and mountain views

  My husband and I Stayed 7 nights at this hotel. Wow its very big, has all you need for a relaxing couples get away and posh in my opinion. We were upgraded to a superior suite and was given a lovely fruit bowl for my birthday. I really do love this hotel, the views were out of this world from our balcony overlooking the pool, mountains and private beach. I really dont see why some have complained about this place which we almost didnt choose due to the reviews on trip adviser. Anyways Ill list my pros about this hotel below: -Spacious rooms - clean all round - very friendly staff - buffet breakfast and loads to choose from (continental and English) - private beach a few feet away - drinks at pool bar pretty reasonable (beer was 2 euros) - daily housekeeping - plenty free parking near rooms ... the list can go on and on. It really is a grand and posh place in my opinion. Its 4 star and I think its not far from being 5 star, which with very minor details can be included to reach 5 star: - open indoor pool and if closed inform guests before hand on website - our bathroom shower fixture was broken and so a bit uncomfortable to shower - dinner buffet was pretty ok for us, but some complained about it lacking variety, taste and Greek dishes. Maybe more fish dishes and grills etc should be included. - have umbrellas at reception to assist guests to their room on check in days when its pouring loads - it could be a cultural thing but housekeeping visited quiet early, around 10:30am every morning which at that time were just from breakfast and want a lie in. At that time its almost all guests were still in their rooms relaxing. However she was really sweet and friendly. Overall I certainly recommend this hotel. Its worth 100% a visit.

  Fun in the sun

  Having stayed in this hotel for the past 5 years I can honestly say that it gets better year on year. The staff across the board could not be more helpful and friendly. Excellent service throughout and not too formal. The rooms are very spacious and always spotless. As for the view from the hotel room, well it couldn't get much better. If there was any area that I believe could be improved slightly it would be the food but as I ate out most nights in the lovely local tavernas that didn't really phase me.
