  cuidado con el dueño,es muuuuuuy falso

  Te venden la moto que el hotel tiene parking,mentira.Cuatro coches,dos de ellos en la puerta,y otro el mercedes del tipejo este.Si te dice aparca donde quieras que no pasa nada,ni caso ten cuidado que se lo lleva la grua.El papel higienico lo tienes que pedir,el agua se sale de la ducha,las sabanas en 5 dias no se cambiaron,en fin una joyita.

  Convenient and well priced

  We found this hotel met all our needs. A reasonable room (although the round bed was a bit weird) with good bathroom and free breakfast. It is a little hard to find by car, unfortunately sat navs and google maps do not have an updated version of the complicated one way systems and pedestrianised zones. However, once you have found it the location is good - a quiet neighbourhood but near a bus stop for Sunny Beach and within walking distance of the Old Town or beach. There is a small pool where breakfast is served. There is a reasonable choice which varies from day to day. Get there early to get a table in the shade. It was fine for us but I would think twice about staying here with young children or elderly relatives. The swimming pool although small is 5 foot at it shallowest point and there was an open access hole between the sun beds. There is a lift but it takes you to mezzanine levels so you always have to walk up or down seven steps to get to your room.

  Good Location

  I will start with the positives...great location, clean pool and seating area. Always very quiet which suited us. The room was clean and we had towels changed every day we were there. The owner Chris is very helpful (a little too much at times) but we prefer the personal touch of a small private hotel. Now the negatives....our room had the most ridiculous huge round bed in it....so large you couldn't open the fridge door properly! It was a very comfy bed but far too big for the size of the room. The bathroom is tiny and could at times be a bit smelly. No shelves or anywhere to hang anything....even a hook on the back of the door would help. There is a vent in bathroom which unfortunately meant we could hear the people in next room speaking! Breakfast was ok but it is same every morning and as mentioned in other reviews it is sitting for 2 hours outside, uncovered so plenty of flies landing on it. We only had breakfast there a couple of times....preferring to eat out.

  Brilliant customer care!

  My husband & I and our 11 year old son have just spent 2 weeks at Hotel Italia. We've had a great family holiday in Nessebar. The owner Chris picked us up from the airport in his nice air conditioned Mercedes- good start. He & all the hotel staff are so accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. I came down with a cold part way into our stay & Chris noticed almost before my husband, offering to get me medicines if needed. We really appreciated having the free air conditioning, fridge & safe in the room, the only cost being 3 lev per day for the safe.The huge round bed was a nice change for us as we are both tall. The only improvement would be additional drawers/shelves for storage. The continental breakfast was fine. My husband was especially happy to have a decent coffee from a proper machine. The pool was always clean & Chris told us to help ourselves to drinks, crisps & ice cream & keep a tab of what we had had. A 500ml bottle of lager was just 2.50 lev (£1.25). The location of the hotel is good - just a short walk to the Southbeach, restaurants, shops & the beautiful old town. All in all we all had a great holiday.

  Great Hotel

  Just spent a fab 7 days here, 5th - 12th June 2019. The owner Chris treated us like royalty, nothing was to much for him. The room was clean and well looked after, the swimming pool was great, with a well stocked bar. Breakfast was more than enough to keep us going for the day, and was very tasty. We would recommend staying here. Gareth and Annette
