  Un hotel con una infraestructura muy buena, de 5*, pero con algunos detalles que claramente no eran de un hotel de esas características. Por ejemplo el salón donde se sirve el desayuno es muy feo. Las vistas son hermosas y las instalaciones en general muy buenas.

  The beach below is deserted, clean and beautiful

  The rooms are very clean, there's a nice sized fridge, a good microwave, a well laid-mini suite and a spacious gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea, with lounge chairs to relax to the sound of the waves breaking below.

  Amazing hotel and service

  I would like to thank the precious guest relations manager, Limor Edri,for her support and cooperation throughout our stay in this beautiful hotel. She treated us nicely and sent to our rooms a lovely fruit platter with a bottle of wine! A huge thanks for such an excellent treatment! Overall a beautiful hotel, with lovely suites overlooking the sea, nice pool, and excellent location. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone:) Rawan

  Worst hotel I have been to

  I stayed in the hotel two hours after my checkout time nobody called or said anything about tv damage that I caused!! They charge me extra 700 nis for tv damage next day without notifying me and when I call to inquire they have no details about it, they answer it is written tv damage I explain that I didnt even turn the tv on it was a one night stay I literally only slept in the room!! This is a direct robbery! I will file a complaint to Ministry of Tourism.

  The worst experience as a bride from this hotel

  The worst hotel I have ever been to in terms of service. If you are looking for a place to sleep on your wedding day this is not the place !!! How they treat us was shameful! I asked for a bride and groom room - they did not give. The receptionist was so not nice that I could not believe it. There was no trace of a bride and groom room, the smell in the room was so pungent with sweat that it was not fun to be in it. I did not get a bar stool and a mirror for the room (and it is clear to a brides whos getting married) after I asked more than 10 times !!!! So my hair stylist could not continue to do my hair between 9:00 am to 1:00 (!!!!) just ruined my day, made me be in the most disgusting situation, so unpleasant, disgusting energies: the highlight was that a friend sent Me chocolate for the room and I did not get it, they of course lied to her that it is constantly in the fridge and it is just a complete lie because we stored things there and there was nothing, even when I told the manager what happened he just told me it was my problem !! There is not even congratulations . Literally. Do not take this place. The view is very beautiful but the anger you will get is simply not worth the energies certainly not on the wedding day you only need good vibes.
