  Fine dining

  Waiter fired for being creepy. WiFi connection is poor. Food is delicious would recommend 10/10. Rooms were cosy. No air conditioning, couldnt breathe. Spacious showers. Great for school trips, would definitely go again!!

  NEVER AGAIN

  Recently visited Folgaria as part of a second year school tour party. To say I was unimpressed and dissatisfied is an understatement. Our party consisted of 5 teachers along with 64 kids from normal respectable backgrounds. From day 1 the hotel treated the students as convicts. The following is just a summary: - on arrival students were asked to fill out a form for any faults or damages in the room. As you can appreciate, the importance of this was not understood by the students and this proved costly. Surely any damages should be rectified before students go into the rooms. The hotel were fully aware of the student profile. - each morning rooms were scrutinised for the most superficial defects. - cleaning staff took pictures routinely, even the smallest of misdeamours were made seem significant and scandalous. For example: the students towel use was examined for excessive usage! - as residents we were made to feel uncomfortable, the students were consistently being scrutinised and examined. - rooms left a lot to be desired. See pictures photos below. - on a positive note, waiting staff (2) were very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Seek alternatives for larger groups.

  School trip

  Very nice hotel. Very basic, great breakfast buffet. Dinner menu/options were very good especially the anti pasti. Hotel staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there and some amazing views from certain balconies. There is an adult only sauna but never used it. The hotel has a sister Resturant, a pizzeria, and the pizzas are so fresh and tasty. Highly recommend it & only 300meters from the hotel.

  Lovely hotel in a lovely village

  Very friendly and helpful manager and staff at Hotel Irma. Great location both for the local ski bus to the slopes and to enjoy the charming village of Folgaria. Clean and warm with great breakfasts and tasty dinners with lots of choice. Thanks for a great stay.

  Great stay

  I travelled to Folgaria with 52 students and stayed in Hotel Irma. We had a great stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and the food very nice. The village itself is beautiful with the ski bus stopping just outside Hotel Irma. Thank you for looking after us!
