  Sweetest escape :)

  Although it is recognised as a 3 stars hotel but we (me, my boyfriend n his dad) had the greatest experience here:). Checking in 18th and cgecking out 20th march 2017. Ms Sakinah the receptionist and Mr Jeffrey the maintainance assistance were very helpful. Ms Sakinah was very pleasant and understanding to our needs. She has been very helpful to us and offer us a new room due to the bathroom paiping problem. She has been very pleasant and very soft spoken. Very polite. A receptionist was on duty with Ms Sakinah has a pleasant smile. Mr Jeffrey on the other hand was very pleasant as well as he listened to our paiping problem and very helpful in a way. A vry good attitude and very polite. :) im very glad to have stayed here. Kindly look for Sakinah for any assistant. She has been a very good help for us and very polite :). Keep it up Iris house hotel! I had a very great experience here! :)

  Dirty, smelly

  I have a short break last week and accidentally we choose this hotel as we never stay there before. I chose 2 queen bed in a single room on 4th floor. My first glance when we enter the room is really unprepared for our present. The room was smelly and I can see the stain and it were multiple on blanket and pillow. The room didn't look what you expect with the price.

  Cosy & well-located hotel

  Stayed here by recommendation. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and neat. The location is very convenient and it's walking distance to the nearby restaurants and town centre. The staff are friendly and will help you with directions and recommend you where to go.

  Walking Distance to Brinchang Town

  The only Con is very noisy at night because of "Swallow Birds". There is a lot of Swallow bird's nest under roof. Swallow singing 24 hrs!!!! We can't have good sleep because of the Swallow noise from balcony. Prevent choose the last floor especially room 402 or prevent choose last floor (level 4) facing behind.

  I will avoid this hotel at all cost in future

  Stayed a night at this hotel. During check in even I've paid online the reception told me all queen bed rooms are full but I've insisted as I've paid online. Gave me a king bed room that I thought I've a great deal but I was seriously wrong. Room facing the main road as its a last unit room of the buildings where there are 2 sets of windows. At night the sound of vehicles vrooming up down really unbearable especially those small bikes with rediculous exhaust pipe sound. Traffic started to slow down between 1plus am & start picking up at 4plus am. The room do not have any fan, means I've to open all the windows to sleep & to my horrific there are so many mosquitoes even after I've killed a few they still coming buzzing near my ears. This is the 1st & will be the last hotel that I've stayed up here many times with so many mosquitoes as I though at high altitude places will not have any but this hotel proofed me wrong. With the price of almost rm130 I can get other hotel nearby here as there are plenty. Toilet in bad conditions as well.
