  Buena elección!

  Alquilamos uno de los apartamentos durante dos semanas. El nuestro era tipo estudio (de un ambiente), con baño completo y terraza. Mobiliario moderno, bien decorado y con aire acondicionado. La terraza para desayunar, almorzar o cenar era perfecta. La ubicación, correcta (en una zona tranquila de Limassol cerca del paseo con bares, restaurantes, supermercados) aunque Limassol no es lo más bonito de Chipre estando ahí puedes ir a cualquier punto de la isla y volver en el mismo día. El trato de los dueños y sus hijos, muy bien (siempre están cerca, disponibles y te aconsejan, hablan un inglés correcto). Pasamos un buenas buenas vacaciones.

  No wifi access in the room! Good location!

  For foreigners this is a good place to stay. Room was small but clean. 500m away from the beach. Near mini market and bars to watch football or have drink. Starbucks Costa coffee near. Kfc as well as haagen dazs. The only negative is the wifi, small room, expensive. The room smelt cigarets.

  Great little spot

  Good little spot for a good price Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and kiosks. It's a bit of a ways from the marina and main areas of limessol which was a bit annoying. For anyone with a car or bike this wouldn't be a big deal. There is also a bike rental spot within walking distance. However the place itself was everything we needed, a small kitchen and large bedroom with a bathroom. The place was clean and the people were friendly. There are several other apartments on the floor just be aware that the walls are thin and you can sometime hear other people slamming doors. All in all I have this 4 stars because it was clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable, but slightly inconvenient for location. As well the area surrounding it was nothing special, including the walk to the main road which was not well kept.

  Perfect apartment

  Me and a friend stayed here for a short Mon-Fri break, the apartment was very cheap - however very worth it !!!! Very spacious place, clean, well equipped. Full size bath and huge bathroom, we had 1 bedroom superior apartment with one huge bed and bedroom space and two sofa beds in the living area - a memory foam mattress was provided for the sofa bed, own balcony with table and chairs, kitchen area with oven and stove top, toaster, kettle and all cutlery plates, pans etc, fridge is a good size and is very cold too (bonus to keep the alcohol chilled) Perfect location, 5mins walking distance to bars, clubs, supermarkets. Located on a quiet street out of the way but with everything you need in walking distance. It's worth hiring a car to explore and there is off road parking under the apartment too .. bonus. Use of the pool and facilities at a hotel next door is included, literally 1-2mins walking distance from the apartment. Michael and Irene couldn't do enough .. very welcoming, they aren't always on site but there number is on posters around the building and anything you need just call them and they arrive within minutes day or night !! Both make the effort to have great conversation and remember all the guests names. The air conditioning here is AMAZING !!!!! it's requested you switch it off when you leave (fair enough) but as soon as you switch it when you get back in the apartment cools down instantly. A safe box is included too for free, very safe to use, built into the floor. Deffo be returning here in the future and recommending to anyone visiting Limassol :) Thank you Michael & Irene Room 714.

  One Star Apartments - Overpriced

  We have booked a superior room for the price of 85 per night. It is extremely overpriced for the money you pay. Old building - badly maintained, smelly room, the overall atmosphere spoils your holiday mood! It was clean but that terrible smell was all the time in my nose! Better stay home than spending your money there!
