  Puntos a tener en cuenta

  Esta reseña es de las más complejas que he tenido que realizar. Voy a tratar de ser objetivo. Lo mejor es que la localización es muy buena, pues está muy cerca de una estación de metro por la que pasan tres lineas de metro. Sobre esta estación hay un centro comercial que en la planta subterránea tiene un Carrefour y puestos de comida. La habitación es como un pequeño departamento para un estudiante. Ahora las malas noticias. El mantenimiento y aseo es muy malo. Al llegar el cuarto estaba a 10 ºC (adentro en enero). Ademas de un pobre sistema de calefacción la ventana y un ducto dejaban entrar un chiflón de aire mas fuerte que el flujo de aire caliente. Compré cinta adhesiva y eso mitigó el problema. Mi habitación si tenía ventana, pero por como es el edificio (y por algunos reportes) no todas la tienen. El cuarto tiene varios espacios pequeños: una cocinera (que no quieres usar por el estado en que está) hay pequeño refrigerador, un baño que tiene secador de pelo y una lavadora (no la probé), un sillón y mesa con dos sillas destartaladas, la cama está bien y hay una segunda mesa escritorio. La llegada es otro problema (fácil de evitar si lees esto) No hay ningún letrero de hotel, pues son cuartos en un edificio de oficinas. Además hay varias compañías alquilando cuartos, así que en la recepción del edificio no saben cual es. Para llegar, además de la dirección fíjate en la foto del edificio. Para entrar sube las escaleras del gran Lobby abierto y entra en la torre de la izquierda. Una vez adentro te preguntarán a dónde vas. fíjate en tu reservación pues incluye un número de cuarto. No es tu cuarto, es el cuarto que funge como recepción del hotel. Te pedirán un depósito de 100 yuan. En resumen. No puedo recomendarlo, pero seguro es una opción para muchos. Si tienes en cuenta los comentarios podrás decidir si este "hotel" cubre tus necesidades.

  Disgusting AND naff

  I stayed here a few months ago and that was OK to a certain degree considering the rate however this latest experience was total, total bargain basement and thankfully I only needed it for 24 hours on business. It cost less than 300 RMB i suppose however there is no excuse for interior decor that looks like something a cheapskate would patch together. Carpet was vile, the wardrobe stank of fish(!), bathroom was dingy and small, no cooking area just a microwave and the bed was rock hard. The TV was old and I could not be bothered to turn it on to see if it worked. The wi-fi strength was absolutely atrocious (27th floor) When it comes to apartments in this building it seems to be totally luck of the draw as it seems that no two are alike in terms of decoration. After having stayed in at least 7 different ones I think I would certainly advise against a long term stay (when there are places like World Union available) and also the people on the check in desks are so unfriendly it is almost offensive. Dump.

  This is not a hotel but a short term stay apartment. If you read other reviews, you will find that experiences vary very widely from bad to good. Some of the photographs put up by people who stayed there were quite certainly true except that the room which I stayed in was rather horrific. The TV didn't work, sofa is stained and dirty. In the bathroom there were two big bottles of what appeared to be containing shampoo and body wash which looked dated. There was no bottled water in the room. No telephone to contact room 921 which is a room by itself cum 'reception'. Pantry is dirty. The room is dated. Next to my room is a "saloon". I arrived late in the evening to be greeted by a gloomy and dark lobby. If you first enter the building, you will see a lobby at level 2 - that is NOT the lobby for Sijia; ask the security to allow you to enter the lift lobby to get to level 9 for room 921. The bed linen is fortunately clean. I was lucky that by the time I gave up trying to figure out everything in the room which didn't work, it was already past 10.30pm and I was exhausted hence I was able to sleep. I woke up early about 7 hours later and left right away to go to the 24 hours convenience store to get something to eat. My room was miserable, very depressing. Somehow other rooms as per photographs posted by others weren't. I only washed my hands and face, couldn't even bring myself to have a shower; fortunately, I was only staying for a night and Shanghai's temperature then was 0 or -1 degrees Celsius so I could make do without shower that night. The plus points were; I got the room cheap (but about the same price as the trusty Ibis Hotel). It was near my meeting venue in the morning hence the choice. Wifi speed is decent after I managed to rummage through a mess of wires and gadgets to plug in the wireless router. So it is a matter of requirement; it is not a hotel but an apartment and I gotten a lousy room. The environment isn't too assuring and those who are travelling alone may not like it. As a frequent male traveler, I didn't like it but it served my need for that just one night. At least my room isn't haunted too.

  The apartment that you don't want in your holiday

  We thought it is a "international apartment", but until you check in the room. The room is badly maintained and dirty, found couple of cockroaches in and out... the host lady first gave us a room with broken window and can't be closed properly, in winter, we were frozen cold. Four peoples room only provided 3 pillows? Washing machine is broken too, only turns one way, of course,the air condition did not work either. Hardly imagine the apartment in Shanghai like this, very disappointed! Our short stay in there is proved a bad choice.

  Disgusting

  The so called hotel is so disgusting that We immediately checkout even room is paid. The room is dirty with bad smell, toilet with stain and tap is broken.....if you prefer a budget accommodation in good location, you may have a try and definitely you MUST REGRET!
