  Amazing place you love

  From arrival to departure and during all our stay the hotel , lovely staff , the food at this hotel was amazing and wish we could stay longer. Basically all the bathroom was marble and had huge shower and bath tab. Very clean and towels were changed daily. Strong wifi signal so you won't get annoyed with connections. In the evening they will come knock your door to make your bed so do not be surprised. Breakfast is delicious and apart from the buffet you can order from the menu your eggs, the way you want them, pancakes, Taif llocal food and so much more etc etc.

  Disappointing

  Seriously the Intercontinental franchise should pull there name from this one! Its old, outdated and its ran mostly by uninformed staff that truly say the words maybe it will open at 1 when you ask about the working hours of the fitness center. And dont get me started on ordering porridge from the in-room dining menu! It took me 20 minutes, three call backs, one of them with the manager of the restaurant, to simply explain how to prepare a porridge meal. Its seems to me that the higher management gave up on this establishment and left it to the juniors!

  Lovely place to stay in

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Taif. Although it was a short visit but I really loved the hotel. It was super clean and the staff was really friendly and smiling. Their restaurant and the food were excellent.

  Very good hotel

  This is an excellent hotel. Not brand new, but well built and well maintained.Furiture etc are excellent quality, and service is very good. Great feeling of space in the lobby and bedroom wings which use the courtyard theme.

  Nice hotel but could be wonderful

  I sayed in the hotel for one night only as I was transitting the city. The hotel is very clean. From arrival to departure and during all our stay the hotel , lovely staff , the food at this hotel was amazing and wish we could stay longer. The staff needed to improve their english though in order to communciate better with theguests.
