  Muy buena opción

  Después de haber estado en varios otros hoteles en esta ciudad, he convertido a éste en mi centro de operaciones. Buen wifi y conexión por cable. Elegante, fino, moderno, muy buenas habitaciones y variadas opciones de comida lo hacen muy recomendable. Su tranquilidad para trabajar y descansar se valora para quien vuelve cansado de su jornada laboral. Nada mejor que su tina con hidromasaje para recuperarse de un día agotador. El restaurante de comida local es elegante, de buen gusto y muy buena atención. Los precios un tanto altos. El personal es cordial aunque limitados en el idioma inglés. Está bien ubicado, cercano a un boulevard con tiendas y restaurantes. Una buena alternativa.

  Comodo, bien ubicado

  Solo estuve una noche, muy buen servicio, es un hotel de trabajo, no es una ciudad que ofrezca muchas opciones turisticas. Las habitaciones son comodas, la mia me toco con vista al Sky Tower y Park. Hay un centro comercial (Wanda) a lado del hotel con varias opciones de comida y entretenimiento.

  might be the worst ever Intercontinental property I have every stayed

  Stayed with my family and in laws for two nights. We had two rooms on the 17th floor. I have to say I was quite disappointed with this hotel due to the followings: 1) Little recognition on the IHG Spire Ambassador 2) Load of peoples are smoking in the lobby and lobby bar even prepares the ash tray for peoples easy smoking. It was shocking to see this happen in an Intercom hotel. Smoking should be absolutely prohibited in the hotel like Intecom 3) Staff can be rude. At 9pm one night, I ordered the camomile tea which would make myself easier to fall asleep. However the staff brought me a pot of Earl Grey which does the exact opposite on my sleep. I told the staff that she brought the wrong tea however was told they run out of Camomile tea so they just brought me Earl Grey and think that I should accept this. I was quite annoyed with the this reply and insisted her to change to soda water. I think the way they were handling this was really poor; 4) A lot of people wearing the hotel white slipper in the public areas i.e. lobby , restaurant and etc. I would believe an Intercom should apply a strict dress code 5) Hotel gym was poorly maintained. When I was swimming , I just saw the staff on duty lying down on the sun bed and watching TV from their mobile phone. 6) Housekeeping was really poor. I found a very long hair from the kettle when I was trying to make my tea. When I complained to the front staff, they just said that they would do a cleaning without offering any apologies. Overall it is very disappointing experience and I do not believe it is up for Intercom standards.The only staff making me feel slightly better are the Wendy Yin, Yuanyuan Jin who served us very well over the breakfast and dinner.

  Simply, good stay

  Stayed there for three nights. Two nights for 1 King bed deluxe city view, one for 1 King bed club suite. Breakfast was much better than my expectation. And the view from the room was really unique (a golf course and a tower over there). Besides these, um, it is just a fair hotel for business trip. I would still choose this place for my next trip. After all, I do not have many choices for an IHG hotel in Shijiazhuang.

  Good hotel for business trip, helpful staff.

  I was here late November. The equipment was clean and the room large enough. It is a good hotel for business meetings. Reception staff are very helpful in ensuring the delivery of packages from business partners. They also provide for the return of packages and mail. I also used the spa and hair salon service, everything was excellent.
