  De los mejores hoteles en Sanya

  Un hotel realmente bonito y con un espectacular acuario llenos de diferentes peces, tortugas, rayas, tiburones puntas negras, etc... La verdad es que merece la pena visitarlo. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy bien equipadas, la bañera situada en la terraza con vistas al mar no tiene precio... Lo único mejorable (esto no es culpa del hotel) son las obras que había justo enfrente de mi habitación. Por lo demás la experiencia positiva y recomendable.

  Vale la pena conocerlo

  Es un lindo hotel para conocer y descansar. Tiene areas muy grandes para caminar y conocer asi como para comer. El precio de los restaurantes muy caro para lo que ofrece. Asi que les recomiendo salir a comer fuera del hotel para algo mas accesible.

  Beautiful property

  The hotel rightfully ranks a 4.9 on c trip. It's a great hotel in terms of hardware and culinary. Breakfast is Fantastic with a huge variety of dishes to please all pallets. Beautiful gardens, under water restaurant with sharks, mantas and turtles swimming around you. All rooms are tremendously spacious and well appointed and are overlooking the ocean. The sea is too rough for swimming. At least this time of the year. For our first trip of 2021 we couldn't have picked a better place. Doris from the guest relations team was especially helpful with everything we needed by connecting with us on wechat upon arrival. We'll definitely be back.

  Great Location Great Service

  Very close to the tax-free shopping mall, 2 min walk from the gate. Charlie Liu is a nice guy, drive us around in the resort and patiently wait for us taking photos. Escort us all the way to the door. The hotel itself is new, a good choice for business,couple and family.

  Great overall experience, already planning a return trip

  We just had an amazing experience at the InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort in mid-January, during our first ever trip to Hainan. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and we loved the layout of our room, our view of the beach, and the large aquarium downstairs. We were also really impressed by the level of service, and grateful General Manager Beatrice and her staff were so attentive to our stay, including the beautiful flowers and towel animals that greeted us in our room. Club Manager Doris was particularly helpful, immediately connecting with us via WeChat after booking. She quickly helped us arrange our transportation from the airport and kept us informed of all the hotels COVID measures, including the COVID test we needed to get before leaving Beijing. She also set up dinner reservations for our special occasion at the hotels signature restaurant, which involved a flurry of special touches, including a private musical performance at our table. We began plotting ways to extend our trip almost as soon as we arrived, but ultimately failed to find a reason our bosses would appreciate. We definitely plan to return though and soon. Id recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends and would suggest they book a room with club access. Drinks and snacks while enjoying the view from the 17th floor club was also a highlight.
