  Fun family-friendly hotel

  We really enjoyed our 1-night stay this weekend! They offered wonderful service and its a great facility! The kids loved the pools. We enjoyed a nice walk outside, especially seeing the black swans. The family room was big and perfect. We have platinum elite status, and they provided all the appropriate services. They even went above and beyond in several instances!

  Most Amazing Hotel Stay Ever!!!

  I took my daughter to the Sancha Intercontinental to celebrate her birthday and we had an amazing experience!! First of all, the grounds are breathtaking- finely manicured with amazing green grass everywhere, flowers, trees, and of course the beautiful lake. (With black swans). There is a nice bike/running path around the lake that we enjoyed. Breakfast was very nice. The indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful, especially the outdoor infinity pool- so peaceful and beautiful. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal- always smiling, always helpful, and they helped make my daughter feel like a little princess. If you are looking for a family getaway outside of chengdu (or any busy Chinese city), the Intercontinental at Sancha is a great choice!

  International hotel without international standards

  Excited to stay 2 nights at this hotel but soon found that the standards were not what is usually expected of hotels such as the Intercontinental. Food was sub standard and offered little variance in what was offered. Seafood buffet (visited), Hotpot (visited) or traditional Chinese restaurant. Although the menus advertised a selection of different foods, we were often told that there was only fried rice and noodles available. There was nothing catered in terms of international foods. Breakfast was edible but lacked quality. As far as the hotel goes the room was beautiful and the surroundings are stunning. The pool is one of the best I've ever seen and is clean and well maintained. The locker rooms were smelly as you walked through to the pool.

  Fantastic Weekend

  They say the gold standard of a hotel is not that everything is perfect - but that the hotel perfectly handles a problem. We had a little hiccup when checking in but the room Service manager, Edison, went so far beyond the usual platitudes of fixing the small hiccup that he made our entire weekend. the service was perfect - absolutely perfect. The hotel amenities and the environment make this one of the best hotels in the entire area - we shall be coming back as soon as we can to enjoy the place again. the food, the pool, the rooms, and the facilities are all truly 5-Star. Once again - thank you Edison and your team for making our weekend wonderful.

  Andy TANs service was professional and friendly!

  In December 2020I stayed at this hotel with my friends It was a VERY COMFORTABLE stay! The room was very clean. And the staffs that work at the front desk are very nice . Especially Andy TAN . HE is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your good service ! I will strongly recommend the hotel to my friends !
