Las Habitaciones grandes,pero nos toco una habitación comunicada con otra y escuchamos durante toda la noche los ruidos de los niños que dormían al lado. Me pareció un hotel de grupos, en la recepción cuando llegamos la chica no fue muy gentil. parecia ser la jefa del departamento. El más simpatico del hotel fue el Bellboy.

Cheated by Grab Car Driver and Hotel Staff was unhelpful
I stayed at the Intercontinental Residences Saigon from 16-20 December 2019 in Room 301. Overall the stay has been pleasant until today (20/12/19) when I was overcharged by a Grab driver when we were returning to the hotel at 12.30pm. My wife approached a hotel staff for assistance. The staff was unhelpful and simply signaled for us to step out of the car despite we were overcharged VND20,000. The amount may be small to us, but it was the act of being cheated that was unacceptable. As a guest of the hotel (and a 4-5 star hotel), I would have expected better assistance from its staff. I have also feedbacked to Grab. Based on this experience (and I believe that - property should be judged based on its weakest link), this property does not deserve anything more than 1-star. I would appreciate if you could train your staff to handle such incidences appropriately in future.

Very nice amenities and location!
My husband and I stayed at the InterContinental Residences Saigon in July of last year. We only stayed for one night as it was the jumping off point for the rest of our trip but that being said, the location was perfect! We could walk to a lot of great shops and restaurants and the hotel itself has a lot of amenities inside of it including a food court, shops, and a spa. The rooms were large (as these are the residences part) and had a balcony with a nice view of the city as well.

Great long stay property
I have stayed in the Grand Hyatt, Le Meridian, New World etc. As a long stay property this is the best in Ho Chi Minh so far. This does not meam they cant improve. They should on some points. As a Royal Ambassador to have my membership amenities and privleges cut to the bone under the excuse of being a residence is more than just irritating... mostly because all the other IHG Intercontinental residences everywhere ele I have stayed around the world did not do this. To their credit they did make some exceptions for me. But as I have stayed in this property over 200 days in the last 10 years and know all their staff I would expect at least that much accommodation. I will say it gets worse every visit though. I hope this trend doea not continue as I really like it there. Its also expensive, ... but does my whole stay warrant a 5 star review.... yes it does. Its the best location for business travelers in Ho chi minh. Its modern and connected to a very nice upscale mall and everyone speaks a good amount of english and the property is kept very clean and maintained very well.

I thought the hotel was great with beautiful rooms and amenities for the room. The service of every person at the hotel was great with everyone helpful with assistance and respectful. It located within district one and a few minutes drive away from a lot restaurants and Saigon Center if you interested in shopping. The residence are ideal if you want to cook and have laundry needs because there is full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Moreover, it within a building that has restaurants and convenience. My only problem with the hotel is that when I email the hotel they didn't respond.
