Big but poor maintenanceWe chose this hotel because of it is an internationally chained hotel. It is located in a quiet valley and its rooms are very spacious. However, the maintenance is not good and looks a bit old. It can be a better resort if periodic renovation is arranged.

Great potentialMust have been amazing when built 10 years ago, but run down now. Great potential though with newly constructed facilities, 19 new hot spring pools. Very good local cuisine served in restaurant. Next year should be fantastic place to relax.

Maybe my worst hotel experience in five years stay in ChinaStarting from the not well trained staff, going through left not repaired facilities in the room and getting to the prices they ask for all these, I was really surprised, as I would never expect such a hotel chain to let this happen. We had to wait almost one hour at the reception to get to our room, no one even guessed to ask us help with the luggage, being obvious that we were tired from the long travel and with a small kid. I had to explicitly ask someone to help for the luggage... There was not a car drop arranged from the parking as for some reason it is not any near to the hotel. There was no even a bathtub shampoo. We were chased late in the night for a 120RMB bill (less than 20USD), provided room price is almost 200USD a night - staff was not even being able to understand that it is more than normal to put the bill at the room reservation and just pay when leaving. I can say more, but shorter is just: DO NOT STAY THERE- JUST DOES NOT WORTH!

RestaurantMy husband and I really enjoyed our Christmas holiday stay in this beautiful hot spring resort. The resort is very quiet, and the villa has its own hot spring pool hidden in the beautiful private garden. The staff all all super friendly and try their best to help. The Chinese restaurant has great food as well. The local Kejia styled roast chicken is a must try!

Fantastic stay - great service and environmentWife and I stayed for a leisure weekend for 3 nights - we chose this resort by pure accident, and it ended up with a beautiful surprise. It is low season, and there were only limited visitors before Christmas holiday . While the location is a bit remote, we are very happy by their service and their genuine desire to make guests happy. We tried the Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor (bamboo garden) 2 times plus one room services - and samples all the traditional Kejia dishes. Foods are very tasty and the service are very attentive. Front desk recognized our status well , and helped with all the upgrade and personal preferences. Many staff remember our room number and names - quite impressive. Front desk - David and Ken, breakfast - Susan, and all staff in bamboo garden made our stay overwhelmingly memorable! We will definitely return in the future , and recommend to our friends.
