  Top quality service and staff made no our staycation incredible

  We visited the Intercontinental Fujairah Resort for a two night stay via Andrea Britchford from Take Me There Travel. From the minute we arrived our luggage was unloaded for us and we were taken to the check in, where Jamool explained everything in a very professional and friendly manner. We were given full details on packages and restaurant bookings and then received a suite upgrade. Our suite was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious with quality bedding, towels and fixtures. The bathroom was enormous and sparkling clean. Complimentary fruit and wine were waiting for us in the evening and cabanas were reserved for us during the day. Nadim Bawab ensured we had everything we needed and checked in on all the hotel guests, each day and night - every day, ensuring everyone were enjoying their stay. He would be seen around the resort talking to guests and making sure everyone were happy. Every single member of staff were professional, friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and personal touches were shown throughout our stay. The Drift staff remembered what we drank and ate and ensured we felt welcomed and remembered. The staff around the pool couldnt do enough and the staff at breakfast remembered where we sat from the previous day and asked if wed like that table again. The personal service was outstanding and the vibe of the hotel was relaxed luxury that only quality staff can provide. Thank you Nadim for your time and effort and of course the upgrade making our stay even more special. We had the most amazing relaxing time in a luxurious environment. Top quality service from every staff member throughout in an immaculate hotel made our stay perfect from beginning to end. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in quality surroundings with professional friendly staff.

  Great stay

  The hotel property itself is stunning - especially in the cooler weather. The beach is super clean, the property is modern and infinity pool is super pretty. Really nice location. The breakfast had a wide variety and was of good quality. The dinner options are currently slightly limited as there are only two restaurants - we went to drift, which had a cool vibe with the fire pits and the food was pretty good even the buffet. The live band of hotel staff (!) called the butchery boys were awesome we loved Mohan! There were a few small issues when we checked in, but these were resolved after a few conversations. We are looking forward to return.

  Kids Club

  Special thanks to all the kids club staff members Irin, Elenita, Harshi & Alena for being so great with my kids. They are so welcoming & friendly and my kids had a great time in Planet Trekkers!! Would highly recommend & cant wait to come back to int Fujairah! A beautiful resort & fantastic service

  Amazing staycation

  Amazing place for a staycation! The staff was friendly, the food amazing. I had also visited the spa & it was super relaxing!!! The view from the beach is spectacular & Will definitely do it again! Highly recommend
