    Nice hotel in Doha

    Intercontinental Doha is a great hotel in Doha. Service is fantastic, rooms are quite big and nice. Food is quite good, although the menu is quite the same everyday. Some more variety might be nice. The hotel is located right in front of a small private beach. Great hotel to organize events as the infrastructure and the service are well prepared to host even major events.

    Luxury with great service

    Visited here when finding the hotel I had booked in Corniche area wasn't up to par. I'd stayed in the InterContinental in Prague so knew the standards to be high. This hotel didn't disappoint. From the beach and pools to the restaurants - everything was fab. Would definitely stay here again when next in Doha.

    Terrible room

    The room was old and dirty, exposed pipes in the bathroom, dirty plastic shower curtain and kitchen ceiling and cabinets with holes. It is not that expensive, but it is DEFINITELY not a good option apart from the extra services such as a big pool and supermarket.

    I choose this hotel when I stay in Doha because of the extra care, attention and kindness shown by the staff. I would especially like to mention Sandun, Lakmali and Grace in Coral Dining and Joy in the Belgian Cafe for looking after me.

    Mykonos Restaurant - disappointing ambience

    The food and individual service was very good, as per usual. However, there were two fellow patrons sitting at the opposite side of the restaurant (outside area) from me, talking so loudly and taking/conducting video calls. So much so that I could hear the intimate details of the company they work for. Why did the wait staff not take the initiative to ask them to keep their voices down?
