  Excellent

  Excellent, I heartily recommend very clean and friendly service, the location is friendly to people visiting the fair and close to the airport. a big plus is the transfer from and to the airport and exhibition fairs.

  WORST PLACE EVER!!! HELL MUST BE A BETTER PLACE THAN THIS ONE!!!!!

  We went to France and travel all arround the country so we stayed in different hotels... so I can tell you this was the worst of all of them. When we arrived there was a woman at the reception that just spoke French (which is not good for a hotel next to an INTERNATIONAL airport), not a problem because I speak French. She asked me to pay again for the room and I told her my reservation was already payed in the hotels website. She insisted to charge me again for the room I had to call a French friend in order to explain this woman I didnt have to pay again for that room, (I thought my French wasnt enough) The woman was very rude to my friend and to us, she just kept yelling that she was going to charge me the room again!!! Yelling to a client in French!!! Someone from the kitchen came around as this lady and I were starting to get really loud and saw the information that hotels sent me about that reservation (fortunatly it was in french) and he told this woman that I was right that it was already payed (I showed that information to the woman before but she didnt know how to read probably). So finally she was convinced that the reservation was already payed and gave us the key to our room, Oh God!!!! the room was terrible there was no light on the floors, there was a terrible smell the carpet was old and super dirty. Entering the room was the most depressive experience, dont take off your shoes... we just stayed there for 4 hours as we had to catch a fligh early but those 4 hours were enough to see the what kind of torture was that hotel. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

  Great staff, food and EV charging

  The staff welcoming me was really friendly and efficient. The EV charger charged my car at almost +70km/h and I got a room with a window looking at my car charging. The breakfast was top notch. No particular noise disturbing me. Missing a bit of AC or any kind of room freshner for very hot days.

  I really wasn't looking forward to staying in this area but......

  .. more fool you my travelling friend. Stuck right in the middle of an industrial estate I nearly turned around to go somewhere else. That would've been a big mistake. This hotel is a is a little oasis in a desert of factories. The rooms are good, and the beds comfortable, the restaurant serves excellent food (the tarte citrine made me pucker up with every bite!) , but the real plus point are the staff, very friendly, very competent and I get that warm feeling that they will remember me when I return, as I surely will!

  We will be back

  Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel on a national holiday weekend. My husband found out the hotel about a week before we left and emailed the hotel asking for a quiet room. On check in we was given room 59 this was at the very end of the corridors and was just perfect. The room was beautiful it was modern and spotlessly clean the tv was huge and the walk in shower was fab. We just couldn't fault it at all. Wifi in the hotel was hit and miss but hey ho most hotels are the same. The bar area was lovely with nice touches like free sweets and nuts etc all very welcoming. The only minor downside was that you couldn't purchase food on site. This wasn't too much of a problem for us but for some older guests I could see this been a problem as it was quite a walk to the restaurants in the area We will deffiently return to this hotel
