  Habitación elegante y espaciosa.

  Buen hotel calidad precio. Como puntos a favor, indicar que los empleados hablan inglés, que el trato y la limpieza son buenos, las instalaciones funcionan a la perfección, la habitación dispone de caja fuerte gratuita, todos los días te colocan dos botellines de agua, y la habitación que nos dieron era fabulosa. La cama era cómoda y pone dos almohadas, una llena de bolitas baja y otra más inflada bastante más alta. Dormimos de maravilla. La única pega es que la parada de metro más cerca a esta a un kilómetro de distancia.

  Hotel Bueno

  Es un hotel situado a 10 min de la estación de metro y dos paradas de la plaza Tiannamen por lo que la ubicación es muy buena, aunque por la zona no hay sitios para comer o cenar. El restaurante del hotel pésimo y caro... no os lo aconsejo. Hablan inglés aunque no muy bien. La habitación es súper amplia con zona de estar y escritorio el baño también es súper amplio, todo muy limpio con zapatillas, albornoz, toallas, secador, paraguas, agua gratis y mini bar... muy importante en china. El aire acondicionado estupendo y buenas vistas de la cuidad. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien la verdad. Solo tuvimos un percance que a la salida nos intentaron cobrar una toalla porque estaba manchada... pero se solucionó... menos mal!!! Apesar de ello.. lo recomendaría.

  Pleasant stay - could be better

  Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms. Good for family. Only improvement area would be the breakfast - as it has very limited western options and secondly - only one person understands English. Hence difficult to communicate with others on your requirements. However, they are helpful and try to help as much as possible.

  Best location, good food, fair massage facilities

  Hotel's location is the best. Right next to the metro station, and very close to the forbiden city. The rooms are very spacious. We stay for two non consecutive nights and bith times we were given a room with a lounge, a bedroom, one toilet and a bathroom with shower, bathtab and toilet. We also tried two different restaurants (the buffet and the a la cart with local food) both were very nice. We did not have breakfast though as this was not included in the room rate. Last but not least, concierge service is very very good and helpful, especially Mike was excellent and helped us greatly to manage to arrive to Gubei town. The hotel is very good. However, the spa/massage facilities are fair and a bit outdated. I tried the foot and back massage. The lady was very good. However, after treatment is finished they try to sell additional massage treatments, like if we do the legs and the head it will be this price. For me the worst of all was that they did accept credit cards (they had no sign about that) and I could not charge it to my room since they are an independent business from the hotel. Also, they did not provide any kind of receipt.

  Great view

  As previous reviews already pointed out it´s a good idea to bring a translator app, because if you don't speak chines it could be a a little difficult to communicate. Although all of the staff didn't speak english, some of the staff did. And for those who didn't they used an translator app to communicate so it all works out in the end anyway. We arrived early in the morning at around 8am, although check-in wasn't until 12, the hotel arranged a room for us on the spot, great service there. A spacious room with a nice bathroom all in tiles. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. We stayed on the 9th floor with a great view over the Beijing skyline. The wifi connection was great, but keep in mind that China has blocked Google with affiliates and Netflix etc etc, so the internet for westerners might be kind of useless. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was interesting to say the least. It was an all out Asian breakfast, no western style what so ever. But hey, when in Rome right? You could find something every morning that was good. One funny thing was that the breakfast was served in the Tea lounge, but they didn't serve tea, and upon request they just said "no tea", alright coffee will do then;) We didn't use any of the services provided like spa treatments or booking trips etc. but the hotel provided different kind of half/whole day trips. The location was ok, It's located on street with all kinds of smaller convenience stores, it's about 5-10 min away from nearest subway station, so pretty easy access to everything from there. Walking distance to the forbidden city. We had a great stay, if you are searching for a hotel with great english speaking skills Beijing might not be for you.
